Ac in the room was not working properly and i had to request several times and escalated the issue but the guy at the reception was so adamant and rude saying the ac is working properly. Even the staff who inspected the ac said it had a problem still he was not ready to change the room. Then after multiple escalation he changed the room had visited this property several times but this was really very bad and hampered the customer experience

Was a good experience staying at this hotel. The double room was big and spacious and a clean toilet. In vasai, you may not find any other such hotel. Breakfast is complimentary and was provided at shiv sagar.
