Our accommodation was easy to find and sufficient. We had most of the items we needed for the week. We did bring our own kettle and some plastic beakers for the kids to save them breaking any glasses! Beds were comfortable enough. We could definitely have done with better or more pillow so would recommend bringing your own. We ended up using the backrests from the sofa. The shower room linked onto the master bedroom smelt awful on arrival. We thought perhaps it was where the door had been left closed so we aired out the shower and the room. However this did not solve the problem and the next morning it smelt the same… We bought an air freshener to try and improve this. Kids enjoyed the pools onsite. Getting a place to sit past midday was an issue, you needed to be alert and whip a chair as soon as someone left it. A few days into our stay the ‘green slide pool’ became a bit murky and so we avoided that one and used the outdoor pool instead. Didn’t try out kids club. Evening entertainment was okay. Food onsite was okay - they tended to get very busy and sometimes the wait for food was very long. There’s quite a long list of cleaning jobs on checkout. These had not all been done when we arrived and so we left the accommodation as we found it - well better than we had found it but we did not do the jobs such as rinsing patio furniture. Overall, we enjoyed our week’s stay. Probably wouldn’t stay again as I feel there are other places that might suit our family better.

We booked this site as a base for Disney and Paris which did work well for us. We booked one of their premium lodge type accommodation (it was called the Raoul for 6). On arrival you are asked to park up and wait in a queue near the entrance gate to be allocated your room which isn’t ideal. When we got to our lodge it wasn’t cleaned properly (dirty cloth hanging over one of the wooden rails, pans left outside with a broken chair, glass/mirrors and shower doors filthy and all of the cups, glasses, plates etc were chalky, greasy with remnants of food still on them like they had been run through the dishwasher without a tablet). It looked like it had been abandoned mid clean, one of the kitchen drawers was broken and our BBQ hadn’t been delivered. We reported these issues to reception and was told it would be sorted. However, on returning from the supermarket nothing had been done. We went back to reception to be told the cleaning team had gone home (i said I would clean it but would not be doing it again when we leave which they accepted). Once the place had been cleaned it was alright and the air con was really good (but having to clean the place is not what you want to do on arrival). Our BBQ was eventually delivered too late for day 1 and when we went to use it on day 2 found it didn’t have enough gas to stay lit… given they were 2 of the only 3 days we wanted to use it we elected for a refund (which we are still waiting for). I found all staff to be very friendly, not great at their jobs but they were friendly. The few days we had on site were spent by the pool which the kids loved (great slides) but poolside could do with some sun loungers. Overall, the park isn’t very well kept, quite a lot of it looks tired, staff friendly but incompetent, pool/slides were alright. It’s a shame because I think the place has loads of potential. Would i return? Absolutely not… if you have booked a visit (past the point of return), do yourself a favour: - book some days offsite - pack cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, kettle and a toaster (we read reviews so went prepared) - the Aldi in Meaux is loads cheaper than the Lidl and better stocked - don’t book a BBQ if you plan to use it within a few days of arrival - Wi-Fi doesn’t work (should have been included in our package but signal didn’t reach us) others have to pay don’t waste your money - don’t expect much in the way of service I hope this helps.

We checked in yesterday (26.8.23) and checked out less than 24 hours later. The accommodation was filthy. The bedroom looked like a prison cell with no shelving or bedside tables. The toilet didn’t flush, the settee was broken. The bathroom was filthy with hairs, dried toothpaste and other questionable dirt. Cobwebs and dead flies everywhere. The kitchen was basic with dirt and grime stuck to the walls, floors were filthy.

Never experienced anything like this place, we left after 2 nights it was that bad. People emptying their toilet waste all over the floor where camping was supposed to get their water, told security who told us to still get water from there, we refused and the mess was still there when we left. We had a problem with our hook up, asked for help but they wouldn’t. Bar staff and security more interested in getting drunk than serving customers. No where to empty toilet waste if you are camping. No toilets or water points in the actual camping area. The little girls toilet had a large hole which was viewable from the men’s toilets. Toilets and showers disgusting, didn’t see them get cleaned. Security screamed in a ladies face and chucked a bucket at her car because she drove through a barrier before they told her she could. The final straw for us was when we arrived back after a great day at Disneyland at 12.02am to be told we wasn’t allowed to bring our car in and it had to stay outside, we questioned this to be surrounded by 3 security men steaming and shouting at us and showing us a piece of paper that was in French so couldn’t read. Had to get up at 4am to get my car when they reopened the gate as was worried it would get hit. Was told we had to get out the pool after 10 mins because men can’t wear swimming shorts, have to be tight tiny shorts or pants, they conveniently sold them on-site. We told reception before we left to be told they would pass this on but not sure if they did. It is very obvious they don’t like English people there, every English person we met said the same. It may be close to Disneyland but it isn’t worth it! Please don’t waste your money on this site.

We have stayed in many French campsites but nothing like this place. Initially on arrival we found the camping pitches at the furthest point of the site. The access to the pitches with a caravan was awful. There is no drinking water on the camping area. Only water available for water butt was hot water from the wash up area or wc water from the mobile home service point at the top of a set of steps or a slope. Not ideal. We stayed for 10 days during that time the toilet and shower facilities remained dirty throughout. Although it was a perfect site for Disney, we wished we'd only booked a few days and moved on to enjoy our holiday elsewhere.

We stayed for a week end of June beginning of July 24 of us booked to go here from south wales uk…Perfect place to stay if your visiting Disney land around 30 minutes by car! The swimming pools and slides kept all our children entertained for a week they absolutely loved it 😍 Nothing to really spend any money on so that was a bonus for us the children didn’t ask for a penny lol 😂 Mainly French holiday makers but everyone was very friendly and accommodating 👍 Few very small parks dotted around but very basic The park itself is very untidy in places but in all fairness they seem to be trying to improve it while we were there! There is NO shop on site so make sure you visit the local Aldi ( around 10 mins away ) The caravans don’t supply Toasters,,ovens or kettles 😏 wish we knew this as our kids adore toast! So definitely take one if needed 👍 Pros: Pools & slides Perfect location for Paris & Disney Cons: No toasters No ovens No kettles No sun loungers No shop The life guards who seem friendly enough do like to lock the pool gates at random which can be a bit of a nuisance 🤣🤣🤣 Overall a fantastic place and would return in a heartbeat Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday great 😘😘😘😘

On Sunday, May 28th, my family and I arrived at your park earlier than the check-in time. While waiting for our room to be ready, we decided to explore the facilities on site. During our visit to the bar area, a young French girl, who did not speak English, approached my three young children aged 5, 7, and 9. To our surprise, she offered them ice cream from the machine, while the bar staff were present and observed the situation. The children gladly accepted the ice cream, and nothing was said or objected to at that moment. We enjoyed our time, waiting for our room in the hot weather. After a 30-minute wait past 4 pm, we finally received our room keys, which was later than the promised time. Although it was a minor inconvenience, we understood that delays can happen. We proceeded to our room to settle in after an exhausting 11-hour journey from Newcastle, UK. Approximately an hour later, we returned to the bar area to see if there was any football being televised and to have some drinks. As my partner and I were searching for a table in the now busy area, our children went ahead to help themselves to some more ice cream, just as they had done earlier. At that moment, when I was entering the bar area, one of your bar staff members abruptly left his position behind the bar, approached the ice cream machine, and started shouting directly in the faces of my children. I was utterly disgusted and appalled by this behavior, especially considering that the same person had been friendly and welcoming, despite his limited knowledge of English. This sudden change in attitude towards my 7-year-old daughter, whom he referred to as a "putain" while shouting "not free, not free," was completely unacceptable. I was in complete shock, as no one should ever be subjected to such derogatory language, particularly not during a family holiday. I felt compelled to report this incident to the police due to the verbal assault. In an attempt to diffuse the situation, I immediately offered to pay for the ice cream, which I did. However, the damage was already done. The bar area was filled with customers who witnessed the incident, and my family and I were humiliated in front of them, effectively ruining the beginning of our holiday. I reported the incident to the office staff, who offered a free toy as compensation. However, my young daughter was distraught and insisted on going home. We requested a transfer to another park, which was arranged with the help of the receptionist the next day. Upon arrival at the new park, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional 84 euros, without any prior communication regarding the extra charge. Unfortunately, we were left with no choice but to pay the amount since returning to the initial park was out of the question following the aforementioned incident.

We had booked a holiday at this campside. Due to corona we weren't able to visit. We got a voucher and the promiss to get a refund afterwards. More then 2 years later, still no refund. They don't call back and lie about paying you back soon. Terrible service! Never again! Only book if you are absolutely sure you can go and nothing unexpected comes up!

We stayed for a week on this camping site: a bit isolated, quite for sure; good connections to Paris and Disneyland Paris… but lacking a lot of things (supermarket!). Mobilehome we stayed needed a renovation. Hopefully the camping get improved, but currently (June 2022) is NOT a 4-star camping.
