The location is good and the hotel is just fine. Need some renovation around the path leading to beach. ***y opt for this location for ease of access to beaches, if that is not maintained it will lead to disappointment.
The SPA is not per the expectation and the maintenance of the spa is very bad. Food is above average. The buffet breakfast is fine but lacks variety for those staying longer. Overall it was a good experience. The attender at the pool Mr. Babu is very good, he should be awarded for his fine service. Overall the hotel staff are polite and well ***nered and hear to our concerns.

Booked for premium sea view room, but the the sea view is not available at room balcony. U need to go to common balcony for sea view. Worst and faked, better to stay in normal room. Rooms are costly when company to its benifits provided. Better to reconsider your stay at here

In one word, Excellent. The service provided was excellent. You would feel it was a 4 star hotel. The best stay we've had while visiting India. Very clean and the deco is so pleasing to the eye.
The ***ager was excellent, so were the staff. The ***ager was very accommodating of our needs. Did everything to make our stay comfortable. No wonder the staff were so good. As for the chef! what can I say. Excellent. Meals were delicious and cheaper than eating out of the hotel. Wish I could have brought him back with me!!!
No hesitation to recommend. As I said, equivalent to a 4 star hotel

Food is great. Wifi is weak inside the room and the restaurant area too. Shower has very slow water flow. I would recommend this place only if your booking a AC room. Non AC is not worth the money. It’s too stuffy without AC at night. Toilet area is clean. Cleanliness wise is good. Food is a must try from this location. Beach is like 5 min walk from behind the hotel.

The resort is located on the beach with amazing view of sea from the rooms. It's conveniently located to explore both the beach and north cliff market and cafe. We had food at cafe de mar and abba, both the places serve delicious food

We stayed in A-cottage with sea view. Overall it was good experience.
The black sand beach is 5 min walk away.
Initially felt suffocated & washroom/toilet was smelling bad, but apart from that everything was good.

We reached around midnight and have to wait a lot to get into room, in which bedsheet was smelling and they did not provide any room service, we have to take our luggage on 2nd floor on our own. In morning no one was at reception for checkout, have to wait for that also.
