The location is good and the hotel is just fine. Need some renovation around the path leading to beach. Many opt for this location for ease of access to beaches, if that is not maintained it will lead to disappointment.
The SPA is not per the expectation and the maintenance of the spa is very bad. Food is above average. The buffet breakfast is fine but lacks variety for those staying longer. Overall it was a good experience. The attender at the pool Mr. Babu is very good, he should be awarded for his fine service. Overall the hotel staff are polite and well mannered and hear to our concerns.

Excellent Hotel with excellent services. The managers and staffs kept us very comfortable and most importantly accommodated to our toddlers meals during the stay. Very beautiful view as very peaceful hotel!

Such a wonderful stay. All departments worked well with coordination. Front office, restaurant, room service, Bellhop all have supported well to make our stay comfortable. Special thanks to your chef for making sure all meals are prepared with utmost perfection and the bellhop Reji for his courteous support during check-in and check-out process.

I had a good experience staying for 2 nights here. It overlooks the Arabian Sea, so you get stunning views of the azure waters. They have a big swimming pool which was good. It’s a small property-30 rooms in total- so would recommend booking it in advance. Sruthy helped me with bookings before the trip and was extremely delightful to interact with when I met her at the front desk. Sruthy and Reji both deserve a special mention. Dinner buffet left much to be desired but whatever lacked in breakfast and dinner, was more than made up in the hospitality and warmth.

Great place and warmly welcomed by Mr. Reji. Very polite helpful. Room is very spacious and had a good view of the sea. Overall, satisfied with the stay @ Gateway. One small request would be to have snooker table @ lobby. Can work on food, especially fish. Rest everything was memorable.
