On a quiet street next to the historic center, the 5 story hotel has great views of the mountains. But the adjacent hookah bar allows smokers outside, so it is noisy until they close.
Nice people at the front desk and housekeeping. Would stay again.

There are only two positives about this property: location and staff. Everything else was a two star hotel. The beds and headboards in the rooms and lobby couches HAVE BED BUGS!!!!!!!! The breakfast buffet was boring and bland, the smell of the hotel was not pleasant, the room bathroom was big, but the water drain kept getting clogged because the apparatus was defective and old. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel, it was probably in 1990, but not anymore.

Comodo perché vicino al centro. Strutturalmente non è il massimo della modernità per essere un quattro stelle. Parcheggio in strada a pagamento (difficile trovare posto) oppure posti limitati nel garage dell'hotel sempre a pagamento. Buona la colazione, staff gentile.

Gute Lage, direkt neben dem Zentrum, Hotel ist sauber, Betten sind auch gut. Frühstück naja. ABER: direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Nachtbar, über 2 Etagen…bis 2/3 Uhr morgens . An schlafen ohne Ohropax ist nicht zu denken. Nein, ich komme nicht wieder.

Veramente molto deludente. Abbiamo pernottato 4 notti e un giorno non è stata pulita la camera e questo per un hotel di 4 stelle è veramente inaccettabile. Mi è stato detto dalla receptionist che le camera vengono pulite da una ditta esterna e perciò loro non possono controllare ciò che i dipendenti fanno!!! Ho richiesto di parlare con il responsabile ma non è stato possibile perché era assente, ho scritto 2 mail e non ho ricevuto risposta. Durante la colazione regnava il caos.

Hotel stile anni 80 che mostra 4 stelle ma non saprei a cosa si riferiscono. E' tutto misero ma soprattutto l'insonorazione, praticamente non abbiamo dormito in quanto abbiamo sentito TUTTTO quello che accadeva nella stanza accanto. Colazione abbondante ma di scarsa qualità . Anche la pulizia è al limite dell'accettabilità per un 4 stelle
