The hotel is situated at a convenient location to the historic and city center. The check in and out speed is efficient. They still use the old style of room keys which takes you to the old days and memories. Free internet increases the satisfaction. The room is just fits for all and does not provide a space to be more active in terms of in room gym. The cleanliness is fine. Sleep comfort is medium as the windows are old and the traffic affects the noise in the rooms. The restaurant serves for the needs of the breakfast without missing anything you need to taste. I suggest for business and short stay occasions.

Non un 4 stelle! In camera pulizie lontane un miglio, arredamento che portava i segni di lungo tempo di utilizzo, cassaforte inutilizzabile e dulcis in fundo dalla finestra vedevo i cassonetti. Però i materassi eran comodi e buona la colazione.

Trovato per caso la soluzione si è rivelata vincente. Stabile poco recente ma ben ristrutturato con camere funzionali e bagni confortevoli. Personale gentile sia la notte che di giorno. Valida la colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione strategica: pieno centro, a pochi metri dalle stazioni di Varese e dalla zona shopping/locali. Consiglio assolutamente.

Per lavoro o affari una ottima soluzione Vero le camere necessitano un rinfresco moderno nell’ arredamento però tutto sommato andava bene Pecca il parcheggio non c’è oppure a pagamento in giro jajajajajbsbababbabab bshshehsbsbsbsbhanwbs

Comodo perché vicino al centro. Strutturalmente non è il massimo della modernità per essere un quattro stelle. Parcheggio in strada a pagamento (difficile trovare posto) oppure posti limitati nel garage dell'hotel sempre a pagamento. Buona la colazione, staff gentile.

Gute Lage, direkt neben dem Zentrum, Hotel ist sauber, Betten sind auch gut. Frühstück naja. ABER: direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Nachtbar, über 2 Etagen…bis 2/3 Uhr morgens . An schlafen ohne Ohropax ist nicht zu denken. Nein, ich komme nicht wieder.

Veramente molto deludente. Abbiamo pernottato 4 notti e un giorno non è stata pulita la camera e questo per un hotel di 4 stelle è veramente inaccettabile. Mi è stato detto dalla receptionist che le camera vengono pulite da una ditta esterna e perciò loro non possono controllare ciò che i dipendenti fanno!!! Ho richiesto di parlare con il responsabile ma non è stato possibile perché era assente, ho scritto 2 mail e non ho ricevuto risposta. Durante la colazione regnava il caos.

Hotel stile anni 80 che mostra 4 stelle ma non saprei a cosa si riferiscono. E' tutto misero ma soprattutto l'insonorazione, praticamente non abbiamo dormito in quanto abbiamo sentito TUTTTO quello che accadeva nella stanza accanto. Colazione abbondante ma di scarsa qualità . Anche la pulizia è al limite dell'accettabilità per un 4 stelle
