I was at this hotel one night with my family, and I gave two stars and not one for some positive aspects. The positive aspects were staff, gentle and sympathetic, the convenience of the car park and the entrance - the garden - and the hall and breakfast room, beautifully bright. Very, but really very disappointing the room - I saw other opens passing through the corridor - of its unclean (and the lack of hygiene is serious) and furniture, spartan and uncomfortable. But the absolutely scandalous and unconceivable things for 2023 are the stupid smoke smell in the room and the bathroom, where the shower was a whole with the healthcare! In practice, if one was doing a shower (the idea that I'm not at all whaled in my head!) he washed the whole environment, I don't know how to go to do the needs and just, the shower was done where you were going with the shoes to go to the healthcare! Something absurd and paradoxical. Surely needs a restructuring. Advice to choose other solutions - even because this hotel is often used at hours....

I stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi for one night. The room is very nice, the bed is comfortable, and it is clean overall. The staff is kind and friendly, and also the breakfast is good. The price was also good. I wish I could stay one night more. Possible improvements: you can easily hear any noise coming from the other rooms. Having soundproof walls would make it the perfect experience. Also, the walls around the jacuzzi could be cleaned better.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo ottimo hotel a Napoli, nella zona tra Agnano e Bagnoli. Soggiorno veramente stupendo sotto tutti gli aspetti: L'arrivo e' stato il primo step molto positivo,essere accolti con il sorriso e la gentilezza e' una gran carta di presentazione dell'ospitalità. La camera abbastanza spaziosa, accogliente e soprattutto pulita, la colazione di alta qualità e per tutti i gusti, colazione sia che si preferisca il dolce che il salato....il caffè e i cappuccini strepitosi. Lo staff e' altamente professionale, disponibile e assolutamente cortese. La posizione strategica del Nuvo', trovandosi a pochi passi dalla ferrovia Cumana e vicinissima alla metropolitana,lo rende un punto di riferimento per visitare Napoli e dintorni. E stata veramente una bella esperienza, lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti.....che dire provare per credere. Sicuramente ci riserveremo una prossima occasione. Not so close to the international airport (47 minutes walk and not 17 as indicated on the site! or 22 euro taxi) but pleasant staff and even available at 4:30 a.m. to make a coffee and offer us a pie of cake! 😃 Room on the road with double-glass-colled, not high-efficiency, and noise structure of the hotel in general Super pizza at 300m that made us the best pizza of the stay !

The Bar and Reception Staff was excellent and very professional. Lucia ( redhair lady) Luisa, Danilo (exceptional) took great care of us during our stay. Food is great, location is good, close to local amenities and authentic italian foos ( such as Rosano for Mozzarella, and Kajna has great food )

We visited in August '23 for a week on the half board basis and had nothing but the best experience. The staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodated our various needs from leaving meals in our room when we were missing the dinner, researched routes and transport for us to visit Pompei and Ischia, and advised us on night life venues. The cleaning staff are doing an exceptional job! We had crisp-clean towels and linen every day. There was no speck of dust in the room and we found our stuff tidied every day. The bathroom was squeaky clean, the swimming pool looked-after. A special shout out must go for Mattia, Pasqualo and Chinzia for their personal touch, helpfulness and professionalism. There is absolutely nothing about the hotel that prompts an EBI hence five stars is fitting. We found that going half board was a good deal although most guests choose to eat dinners out. Ours consisted of a generous starter, the main and a drink. The a' la carte menu included a fairly comprehensive menu cooked to order. Lot's of sea food which was ideal for two red meat non-eaters.
