If you havent yet booked the hotel - read the complete review and save some money. Pros :- 1. Greenery 2. New property. Cons :- 1. No customer service - Manager Pankaj Sarang knows least about customer service. It is ridiculous that such a property has been handed over to such an incompetent manager. 2. The rooms are filthy and stink - for a property that costs around 2300 - being so stinky is not acceptable. 3. Looking at the pictures we thought we got a good deal with 2300 with meals but learnt that the place was full of lizArds and insects 4. Location - it is so far away from south Goa beaches which is not mentioned. 5. No way to get in and out of the lodge - and bikes rental with the hotel charges 3000 per day basically they are just trying to steal your money. Ive never cancelled any stay and let me be honest I've stayed at lodges and B&Bs too but this place beats them all - we cancelled the stay and went to a beach cottage at Agonda beach which was the best decision made we lost around 10k for our stay but then it wasn't worth spending more time at a pathetic place When the manager was contacted personally for service he too did nothing to help.

The property location is good and it is well maintained. The swimming pool and rooms were also clean. It is just 10 min walking distance from the hotel to varca beach. We did not try the food at the hotel but there are many nearby restaurants which you can explore.

Property is located 8 minutes walk to varca beach, one of the finest white sand beaches in south goa. I stayed here in deluxe cottages for 5 nights. Food was good in the restaurant, not much variety in menu but food tastes good. Housekeeping services are also prompt and staff is well mannered. There is a swimming pool inside the resort which i would rate good. Kids play area is also available. Overall our family enjoys the stay here. Just a feedback if a cart service is available for dropping to beach.

Very comfortable,clean hotel. Lovely warm welcome by check in staff. We only stayed here for one night, as visiting friends staying in a nearby hotel. Rooms (actually like chalets) were very comfortable , lovely shower.plenty of wardrobe space. Also little touches included like bottled water, shampoo, shower gel, plus other little extras. The hotel grounds are really nice, we didn’t have time to use the pool unfortunately . Lots of things fir kids eg swing, slide, path games. Had a really good breakfast. Overall would highly recommend this hotel. And very reasonable.
