1. Place is not clean. 2. Bed sheets and house smells bad. 3. Bathroom flush jet is not working in both the bathrooms. 4. Not easy to locate the reception area also
5. Description says 8 mins walk to beach. Beach is almost 2. 2 kms far. I think only bolt can walk that fast. False or wrong information

We stayed here for 5 nights and never felt as if we are staying at a hotel. We were very comfortable during the stay as we had carried almost all essential items and did not require much intervention from staff but the rooms and bed are quite comfortable and we felt like home. On whatever instances we asked help from staff (sunil) he was attentive. Thanks to corine to make sure our basic needs were taken care of. We were quite sceptical seeing the past reviews but this place solved our purpose of coming to south goa. We got a lot of peace without any intervention. A bit more attention to overall aesthetics and beautification of the place will surely help but for me it was a very comfortable stay and i do look forward to come here again.

Stay was good - i had booked a 2bhk which we got on arrival. I didn't send any requests or suggestions in advance so they had prepared only 1 bedroom, assuming we'd be using a single room. I'll keep this in mind next time. The location is great as it's close to varca, benaulim, and other clean beaches. The caretakers are helpful and quick to respond.

Plus points - spacious apartment, king bed and comfortable living room seating. Nice pool view. Minus points - 1. Apartment was not clean. Alot of women's hair all over the floor. 2. The kitchen was not equipped. No gas for cooking, the microwave didn't work. No dish washing soap, powder or liquid. 3. Bathroom door didn't lock/close. Same bathroom the shower doesn't work.

The room had washing machine, but it was not in working condition. (2) when we returned from beach in evening, there was no water supply in room. It took some time to report to the caretaker who ran the motor after which water came. (3)bathroom walls had stains. (4) floor was not cleaned. We found some cigarette buds on floor. Positive points : room and bed size was adequate. Property was safe and calm to relax.

Dont book this place stinks nothing more than a disappointment dirty only con is having a swimming pool
