The overall experience was Excellent. Specially the quality of food served was awesome. They have been keeping in mind about the customers health. Prabhas, Yogesh at the restaurant were very cordial. Keep up the warmth!! The ambiance at Emerald Palms is very cosy!

We had a wonderful experience at Club Mahindra Emerald Palms, Goa! The ambience was delightful, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. A special mention to Chef Vikram, who hosted us with great warmth and ensured that every dish was delicious. From crispy dosas to fluffy pooris and a variety of other delightful items, the food truly felt like a homemade feast. Shamika also deserves appreciation for her attentive service, bringing us unique and flavorful dishes that added to our experience. Overall, the food quality was exceptional — just like a hearty, home-cooked meal. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Goa!

I really enjoyed emerald palms so much with my family . Receptionist miss Jaya She helped us to do easy checkin . Mis avita help me to guid about local restaurants n all . I also like to mention miss Muskan from happy hub she makes us enjoyed . It’s in a very good location beach is also near the resort . I checkout the day of 26 th January I really enjoyed the flag hosting program with dance and singing .

Shramika is a very energetic, courteous and helpful. She serves with a beautiful smile.. Arun ensured my request for gluten free options for sweet and breakfast. Renuka has been very helpful and served with a smile. Rooms need to be upgraded.

Overall the location is far, but the set up is good and spacious .Hospitality is very good and all the staff employed are very friendly and courteous. Service good and prompt. Food was quite tastily prepared. Games facility has variety and interesting. Rooms very comfortable.

Beautiful place in all ways possible. The location, ambience, facilities, service.. Everything .. This was my 4th visit to the same property. Recently my children went for a special stay there. Responding to my request, the housekeeper Mr Tukaram ***** with his assistant decorated the room to welcome them, so beautifully 😍🥳
