Schedule wise, we needed a decent hotel between Savona and Genoa for a one night stay. On paper, the Ariston seemed to fit the bill. In reality, it is a very clean older hotel that has sensibly modernized methodically. Our room was comfortable, with a rainwater shower, firm bed, spotlessly clean and well lit. The restaurant is a bit basic, but run with warmth, generosity and a chance to be surrounded with plenty of nice people on both sides of the serving tables. Our pasta and seafood dishes were both cooked to perfection. Two distinct pluses, a large and modern elevator-and especially a decent sized garage. Finding the garage is a challenge. We made one wrong turn, due to bad GPS advice, and wound up on an excursion on the corkscrew narrow streets above the town. It is a moderate priced hotel and well worth the rates charged. We might have liked a little more luxury and a location closer to the shoreline, but the Ariston is quiet, clean and caring. Perfect for a brief overnight stay.

hotel in buona posizione, pulito personale molto gentile e disponibile, buona impressione appena arrivati,ma la ristorazione da migliorare, sopratutto la colazione al mattino, buffet molto triste ,rifornito col contagocce, mancava sempre qualcosa purtroppo

Bella la camera ma punto debole la colazione dove i clienti giravano a vuoto aspettando che venisse rifornito il buffet..Scalda toast presente ma senza che ci fosse il pane per farli, in generale buffet povero e sguarnito con il personale impegnato a sparecchiare senza accorgersi delle mancanze, tant'è che erano gli stessi clienti a chiedere il rifornimento centellinato.

Conoscevo già l'hotel avendo soggiornato tempo fa ed avevo avuto una buona impressione, per questo sono ritornata per le feste di fine anno. Mi hanno fatto un'up grade assegnandomi una suite al 4° piano. La camera era spaziosa con un bellissimo terrazzo. Buona la biancheria sia da letto che da bagno, comodo il letto. La camera era molto pulita e confortevole. Buona la colazione che comprende sia il dolce che il salato. Ottime le cene, vario il menù con, all'inizio, il buffet di verdure sia fredde che calde, una scelta tra 3 primi, 3 secondi e il dessert. La cena di capodanno è stata molto gradita, a mezzanotte brindisi e panettone. I piatti sono sempre ben presentati. L'hotel dispone di un garage coperto a pagamento e il centro è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata. Il personale è gentile. E' stato un ottimo soggiorno.

Ristorante veramente notevole a partire dal coperto e sala. Menù a prezzo fisso 28€! Mangiato frittura di pesce veramente di livello, spaghetti alle arselle, torte a scelta comprese pere al forno e per iniziare buffet di verdure fredde e calde. Prezzo spuntato, ottimo. Consigliato. Unico neo in stanza non c'è il bollitore te e tisane che ormai si trova facilmente.

Molto carino questo hotel noi eravamo in ana bella camera all ultimo piano..vista magnifica..colazione e cena buone e con scelta..il personale tutto attento e cordiale...PERÒ..la persona vestita di nero presente in sala colazione e cena veramente con modi scorbutici... frettolosi ..sgradevoli. ma hotel molto buono.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno in questo hotel in mezza pensione e avevamo la family suite. Camera bellissima con con 2 letti matrimoniali su 2 livelli e bagno privato. Terrazza enorme che si affacciava sul mare, stupendo. Sia la colazione che la cena sono stati soddisfacenti e il personale è gentile e disponibile. Quando torneremo a Varazze sicuramente lo terremo nuovamente in considerazione.
