Until early morning hours, the music was playing extremely loud due to a wedding that took place at the hotel. When we placed the reservation, we were not informed that we would not be able to sleep at night. We are extremely disappointed with this hotel. What we thought will be a great relaxing time staying in the hotel, turned to be a nightmare (literally). We are very disappointed and extremely angry. This is not the way to treat your guests. We called the front desk but they said they could do nothing about it.

Hotel Villa Borghi is a 4*hotel with little or none 4* commodities. In my opinion the quality standard doesn't even meet the 3* standard... I would put between 2* and 3*... so: 2.5* considering the look of the historical building. And that's it. Too expensive for the quality and commodities they offer. They advertise and sell the hotel using pictures of top standard and quality rooms and then you arrive at the hotel and you get something different, not according to a 4* standard and not even similar to what you booked taking into consideration the pictures and description of the hotel. It's a big disappointment. I don't recommend Hotel Villa Borghi to anyone. Just take a look at the pictures I post here of the deluxe double room 🤔: minibar empty, broken furniture, small and old closet, lamps full of dust and not clean, shower not properly cleaned and maintained, bed with only two pillows and of very basic quality, cheap plastic cups and paper cups. So, basically: a fraud.

Very nice hotel, good location, spacious and modern bedroom in the renovated building near the old Villa , friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast on the garden ,excellent value for the price We will surely come back

Fabolous looking hotel with a very friendly staff. The room was really amazing and clean. The pool and pool service is also great. You can also have a great dinner in the hotel restaurant. I really recommend to visit this place if you are looking for a place to stay in this region.

Beautiful historic villa and pleasant interior (main building). The rooms have a peculiar historical interior, but it is quite worn, however it is still in tolerable condition and this wear even gives a kind of charm. Beautiful views and quiet. Breakfast was OK for Italy. The opening hours of the pool are very short, 10:30 - 18:30, but at the same time, no one really minded if we went earlier.

Absolutely not worthy of a 4 star. We slept in the annex, of course, but the air conditioning did not work, no shower curtain, unfinished finishes. Cleanliness to review! Very average breakfast, overcooked scrambled eggs and almost inedible salty top. The tables are not cleared quickly so that when we arrive we have to wait to be able to settle down. I can't post pictures too bad! Very unattentive staff, 25 minutes to take an order at the terrace! While the boy told me he was coming 'subito'. I'm not even talking about a more "causal" restaurant (the pizzeria) where the dishes arrive with an obvious lack of cooking and almost cold. Only the bedding is of good quality.. it's far from enough for a 4 star hotel. In short, if the place is nice and the bedding is good, we won't come back! Avoid if you have a choice.
