The reception staff is purely ignore the guest also having no control over house keeping staff. Even to get ready a room they want more than 1 hour time and guest needs to keep waiting as he has already paid.

travelled on business and found the location to be excellent and in reasonable distance from Airport, Railway Station etc, rooms are nice, staff was friendly and warm..

Good location, courteous staff and good food(costly).
Small room even for 2 people, need to work on cleaning and old fittings which is a big turn down. Bathroom drains were clogged.
Overall average experience, not recommended for people preferring hygiene.

As usual, it was a nice and comfortable Stay in Hotel Zeeras Varanasi. Neat and clean ambience. However, Food could be made more enticing. Rest all good.
