Our stay could not have been better—this hotel is a true gem by the Ganges! From the moment we arrived by boat, the team made us feel incredibly welcome. The location is absolutely perfect, offering superb views of the river and easy access to all the local attractions. On our first evening, we were lucky enough to witness one of the mesmerizing night ceremonies, an experience made even more special by the seamless arrangements from the hotel, returning afterward for dinner felt like the perfect end to the day The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and free from any issues, providing a great escape from the chaos of horns and traffic outside. Once inside, it felt like a tranquil haven, ans was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. This hotel thought of everything to make our stay unforgettable. Thankyou team, you really made us feel special.

Absolutely outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble. We were offered a late checkout without even asking for it. Delicious cooked dosa for breakfast - other choices available- all freshly cooked. Spotlessly clean. Live music every night with highly talented musicians (I am a music teacher) and complimentary afternoon tea served every afternoon. Rooftop view of the Ganges. Can’t recommend this place enough.

A delightful small hotel overlooking the mighty Ganga. The bedrooms give an excellent view of the ever-changing scene as pilgrims come to the river. An oasis amongst the chaos of Vanaransi. Excellent restaurant but strictly vegetarian- no eggs.

Superb hotel overlooking The Ganges and Shivala Ghat. Excellent vegetarian food served in either an air conditioned dining room or a beautiful inner courtyard. Access to the ghats from the hotel. Lovely, friendly staff. We had Ganges view rooms that were immaculate. The narrow streets of Varanasi meant a walk from our taxi but the views from our rooms made it completely worthwhile. In any event, the hotel porters made it all very easy.

We had a great stay here. The views are amazing, the facilities are nice and the staff were sensational. Our room was large and very clean. The towels were extremely comfy and the staff tidied the room daily. The hotel organised a High Tea everyday and a boat ride on the Ganges to view the Ghat’s, and rooftop yoga. 100% recommend this place in Varanasi. It is on a quiet Ghat, 500 meters from the bustling hectic part of Varanasi, so it’s nice to escape that for some peace. Also giving a shoutout to Hasan, one of the managers who was always there to help with anything we needed and was very kind throughout the stay. We had an early 4:30am flight and he helped organise a taxi service to pick us up.

The place is right in the heart of kashi, at shivala ghat.The welcome stay , Arati, Food and stay by the ganga maiya was a blissful experience. The hotel porters were helpful. All staff are wonderful Especially Mr. Uday , Krishna Gopal , Hasan , sanjay ji.

What a beautiful Haveli! Amazing place to visit! The ambience is incredible & what makes it incredible is their staff. Mr Pankaj Mahajan who has maintained the hotel and hospitality well. Welcome arranged by Uday and his team was so warm and feel amazing! The knowledge about Kashi, he briefed was great. Food was great, delicious thank u all the chefs who were doing such a great job. The service team was next level, a great team, they give the comfort and luxury both while serving also they takes care of ur all the little things. Especially Brijesh: an asset to the hotel. He know my mom like to drink milk before sleep, such a great gesture. Vikash and jyoti and other sorry if I missed the name. But thank you guys. House keeping team also did the great job, they have taken care of our all the things! Thank u for giving extraordinary services. Thank you for making our stay most memorable as we wanted to stay more in the hotel rather then visiting the city...... Amazing team, great hospitality beautiful place with great view of ganges. Will highly recommend!!!!!
