Amazing place to stay near ghats and amazing views Best place to stay in Varanasi Shiva and other staff was very helpful from picking us up from the main road to dropping our luggage , lots of appreciation. Will recommend this place if coming to Varanasi as a couple or with family

Absolutely blissful stay at Suryauday Haveli. The place is peaceful, the rooms are clean with a breathtaking view on the Ganges . The staff are warm, kind and supportive towards guests with limited mobility. A Big Thank You to the team- Mr Uday, Hassan, Culdip, Sandeep, Brijesh.

This is a very beautiful, cosy heritage type property located in the heart of the city and on the banks of river Ganga. Services are exceptional. Food is very delicious and it is served fresh and with a smile. Rooms are well appointed. Definitely worth considering. Since is located on river front , the cab will drop you about 200 meters away but the hotel sends a porter to pick your luggage and in fact they make sure that you don't face any inconvenience. Overall, excellent service.

This is a very clean and traditional hotel with excellent attentive staff who strive make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel is situated right on the banks of the Ganges making access to sights, sounds & boat trips very easy to get to. Alternatively, the road is a short walking distance giving you access to taxis to explore the rest of Varanasi.

Serene place - awesome location and ease of walking on ghats late night is a plus. We stayed for the last day of out trip to relax and it turned out to be a great experience. Looking over Maa Ganga from our River and going down to ghat for a dip and a long walk was so easy.

Great location on the Ganges, while the menu and especially the breakfast, the staff are great. Roof top terrace is a lovely place to watch the sun set. Room was spacious and comfortable though Air conditioning unit rather noisy! Would definitely recommend as a central location for visiting varanasi.

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of our trip to Varanasi, whilst touring northern India. Perfectly positioned hotel overlooking the River Ganges. Clean, very authentic, pleasant room. Friendly staff. Vegetarian food and alcohol free only hotel! Can’t reach by car so requires walking through the narrow streets. Rooftop terrace and restaurant provide great views of the river, ghats and bustling crowds.

The hotel is peaceful and beautiful by th ghats, in an otherwise noisy city. The hotel staff was excellent! The housekeeping, front desk and kitchen staff were always attentive. A special shout out to the chef. Every meal was fresh, and delicious. The access road is a little tricky. That is the only downside - but not unmanageable
