Quiet, well appointed rooms near Assi Ghat. Very helpful staff were able to secure medicine I needed. Room service thali was excellent and reasonable priced. Highly recommended. Easy walk to Ganga and fine restaurants in the area. After arriving from Kumbh Mela, it was a luxury to have hot water, towels and a comfortable bed.

The hotel is situated in good location. But the room is extremely small and bathroom condition is below average for the price. Though there are good rooms in this hotel, they allocate this small room to mm t customer only. Poor experience and poor value for money

1-ac should be in a condition to change the temperature. 2- bedsheets should not have holes. 3- water stock should be there in tanks
4- water taps should be in a good condition

Booked for 3 nights for my family. Experience was terminally bad. Staffs are non-cooperative, lift (have only one) not working properly, rooms are too small, no daily cleaning of rooms, no restaurant/ kitchen, teas are too expensive, they deliberately stopped lift, water supply in washrooms are to mention few. location is good for Assi Ghat lovers, and have parking space also Gate closes before 12.00 night.

The photos I've attached say it all about the disastrous condition of this property. Additionally, the elevator doors don't have photocells, so *** gets trapped between the doors if *** doesn't get in or out quickly enough, which is extremely dangerous. There's no Wi-Fi on the entire third floor. Extensive, noisy renovation work was taking place right next to our room and directly above. The staff, apart from one person, don't speak English and are only interested in their smartphones, not the customers. The hotel manager is resistant to criticism and should perhaps take stock of the disastrous condition of his hotel. NEVER AGAIN!!!
