I booked deluxe and was cheated and given a standard room. Found out after 3 & 1/2 days. The room I was given was in a bad shape . Bathroom water stagnant. No hot water at all. Floor sticky, power outage every 15 mins from days one, wifi disconnects every time. No amenities such as tea or coffee packet. Water bottle was given one a day only when suppose to be 2 . Tv not working. Noisy middle of the night like *******. Small hotel in a lane. Don't believe the pictures advertised In app. Pricey not worth the money. Spoke to the owner a young chap but he was beating around the bush and giving too many reasons. Poor service. Dark atmosphere.
