They cheat on me. I booked two rooms for family, but during check-in, they said one of the rooms was not available and you needed to book another room, which was too costly for me. So I cancelled my booking and de***ded my refund. They agreed to refund it, but I have yet to receive it. So, I called them ***y times, but now they were not responding. Now I feel cheated. If I live near a city, I will sue this hotel. Definitely, they are looting the name Sai and misusing the name Varanasi. I never want to recommend this hotel to anyone. Please do not book this hotel for your booking.
