A total disappointment. Dirty rooms. No air conditioning in main canteen ( this is not restaurant). Dirty plates and cutlery. Very poor food and drink. Dirty bedding. Poor entertainment. The best thing is the beach. Our tour operators got us out of there after 1 night and apologised for putting us in there once I sent them pictures of the disgusting hotel. No dress codecfor evening meal. Nothing to do in the evening other than a pool table which was Dirty. The floors were filthy.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 19th Wedding Anniversary in this beautiful resort. The staff are really friendly and ready to assist you. On the other hand, the hotel gives special details to all the guests like welcome cocktail with some appetizers. I highly recommend it !!!

Everything beautiful beach wonderful. Staff great and people great l. Can not wait to come back. I will be back again to visit everyone... meet new friends. I love this place so much h. Thank you everyone they always remember who you are that is the best part of the vacation

This is my 20 time I return bella costa, this is a wonderful place and is my second home, people are so friendly and professionally. Food is so good and the beach is amazing beautiful. I always enjoy here so much and have fun with entertainment team. Dayagne from Public Relations is an wonderful lady, thank u for everything.

My girlfriend and I travelled here for a week and had a fabulous stay. The people were fantastic, especially the kitchen staff Evelyn, Brian, Jordani and Margiolis. They made sure we were always well taken care of and very attentive. The food selection was large and the food was good. The a la carte restaurants were delightful and the entertainment, facilities and most of all the beach is gorgeous. The room definitely needs an upgrade and we made the staff aware that our TV and mini fridge weren’t working. However, other than this, our stay was fabulous and the hotel is greatly located. There is a tour bus that passes every 30 minutes to take you to varadero ($5 USD/Ea) and Havana is only two hours away. Thank you for the beautiful experience and for making the hospitality stand out!

We enjoyed our entire Bella Costa visit this past April 2025. As repeat guests to the Bella Costa, we look forward to every visit to this "home away from home" resort. This recent visit included our participation in the 2025 Scrabble International Tournament which was hosted at the Bella Costa. The Tournament was an absolute success thanks in part to the hardworking, friendly and supportive Bella Costa Staff. The Bella Costa Team are absolutely wonderful: from guest services reps to dining/bar servers, gardeners to guest room housekeepers, maintenance staff to beach life guards. Everyone working at Bella Costa is amazing. We are heartfelt grateful to the following two Guest Services Reps: Ana Laura and Dayagne for providing special care to us, as returning Guests. As well, Cary from housekeeping is truly a gem. We look forward to future visits to Bella Costa - our favorite "home away from home". In gratitude, Suzanna and Barry

Recently visited bella costa had an amazing experience clean room hot water cold ac food was good and pleny and the housekeeper so sweet servers bartender amazing and soloris and elvis in entertainment absolutely amazing actually the entire entertainment tean rocked . Cant wait to come back

I stayed at Bella Costa recently and had one of the most heartwarming and welcoming experiences, all thanks to Michel Benavente Nuñez. From the moment I arrived, Michel treated me with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine smile that truly made my stay special. You can tell he really cares about the guests and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. His positive attitude and excellent service are what make Bella Costa. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and passionate about their work. I sincerely hope the management recognizes the value Michel brings to the hotel. Thank you, Michel, for everything! I would definitely come back just to see you again.
