Too old. Although they have tried their best to maintain it, it is really unacceptable. The faucet is almost falling apart but they haven't changed it. The air conditioner is too noisy. The buffet is too simple and the fish is not fresh. The front desk service is too bad. They said that the card for changing beach towels should be returned. Shouldn't you leave the card at the service desk to change towels? Deduct 4 US dollars! Use the safe in the room for 2 US dollars a day, which sounds fresh! VISA cards are sanctioned and cannot be swiped, and they don't accept cash! Too stubborn, left a few US dollars and turned around and left, I won't come again

A good, solid chain hotel, with good food and an excellent beach. I booked and received a bungalow - spacious and cozy, with a terrace and in a picturesque corner of the hotel complex. I don’t give the highest ratings due to the fact that everything is a little worn out, and there are problems with the operation of the equipment in the room; not everything worked perfectly and correctly (hair dryer, air conditioning control panel and a couple of light bulbs were not on). But overall, a very solid four!

This was my first time to Tainos and I can't wait to return. What sn amazing week. The food, the service and the ambience were all excellent. Our poolside bungalow was worth the extra money. The lobby bar and the pool bar staff prepared the best drinks. A big special thank you to Yariana, Maday, Yahma, Dubiel, Fiallo, Roberto, Pedro, Kenia, Amanda, Elvis, Pedro y Julio.

We visited this resort for the 11 th time this year. We had no complaints whatsoever. At this time our Cuban friends are facing many difficulties with power outages and shortages. At the hotel the shortages were minor. They are doing the best they can with what they have . Every meal we all said, well we have been well fed once again. We had beef, pork, chicken, vegetables, rice, pasta, bread, cold cuts, desserts, ice cream , salad . No other place will you feel as safe and welcome as Tainos, you will leave there feeling like family. The beach is so perfect at this spot, no rocks, no shells , just beautiful turquoise ocean and white sand . The evening shows were spectacular to watch every day. Service at the bar was super, Tks to yadaisy, Yanet, yudel, reisel, Alberto Beatriz, Juan, rayda, melang at the buffet . George, julio and mayelin at the Pool and beach bar Jania at guest services will help you with anything you need as well as all the staff at reception. We Cannot wait to visit for our 12th time

Honest review! 10th time in Cuba, absolutely not picky. The rooms are dirty, dated in bad need of repair. Towels, pillows, sheets all stained. Food runs out at the snack bar. There is nothing to eat past 10pm. Many roaches everywhere in the main buffet. This resort does not deserve the Iberostar name. Beach is good, the reason why it gets 2 stars.

Wonderful resort for families, staff are super attentive and welcoming. Lots of fun activities and great variety, quality and quantity of food. I’ve been twice and will be back again. Bring bug spray and stay in a bungalow as rooms in main building are outdated.
