To begin with, I would like to have the option of 0 stars and even then I would not be happy to describe such a disaster... This place should have been closed to the public for years. When you arrive the first thing you see are the ruins of what was once the hotel! Unpainted, uncorked walls, broken windows and doors with patches of wood and cardboard, grass at knee height, everything musty, opaque and the feeling of a completely abandoned place! The hotel does not have hot water service‍ or at least that's what they told us at reception when we asked why there was no hot water in the room! Anyway, don't waste your money on this place...

It is a hotel almost in ruins and I went on a day trip, the food was terrible and spicy, there were very few offers, the photos of the hotel are not like the ones shown in the photos, it is amazing, I will not go back there even if I pay

The dilapidated house, we rented 3 rooms. All without hot water, some without light in the bathroom and only a refrigerator in one of them. The food in the restaurant is average to bad, the pool water is cloudy since it is only cleaned after 6pm and people eat, pee and drink in it. The ranch is spectacular... but it has no services other than 4 small pizzas and a couple of beers without a plastic cup. The only spectacular thing is that the house is on the beach and the sunsets and sunrises are incredible. I personally do not recommend it. The center is far from 60th street, which is where the atmosphere is and the cars and horses do not want to go to that area because the water rises, the road becomes muddy with salt water and the wheels of the cars suffer, so the price of the For example, a trip costs 1500 pesos for a horse when the normal price is 400-500. Right now I'm in the compound. It's a good thing that I'm with my Cuban family and that's what's important.

It would seem like an exaggerated chronicle instead of a complaint but, I would like to relate through a letter, what happened in what I tried to constitute an unforgettable recreational excursion for its good moments, when it really ended up being unforgettable but, in a totally contradictory way. I could never have imagined that, in such a short stay in a tourist spot on our exalted Varadero beach, I could have received such shamelessness in a service. Painfully, our family witnessed this, with what was intended to be the enjoyment of the tourist package, at the Club Karey hotel, from last Tuesday the 19th to Friday the 22nd of April. In only three nights, where it is barely possible to take advantage of two full days of recreation, after having paid an impressive sum of almost 24 thousand pesos; Varadero became, from the dreamed paradise to the lived hell, for this small Cuban family that, with sheer sweat and sacrifice, was able to accumulate this not inconsiderable figure for a Cuban who lives from his noble work. Where can I go please?

Not bad for a 2 star category. But you should better**** the installation structurally. the doors and windows of the room that they offered me were to be changed, the comegen had them deteriorated. In the gastronomic service it was good despite the shortage of workers absent due to illness. The pool attendant also attended the restaurant. Food products well prepared but very expensive according to the level of the hotel. For the rest you spend a pleasant time and above all close to the beach.

Terrible, the attention is very bad, they don't give you water in the restaurant, there is no variety in the gastronomic services, you have lunch, expensive food, then only pizza and juice until 3 PM, and then nothing at all until lunch, I've spent I was very hungry, I asked for water because the food was very dry and the waiter told me if you want, come to the kitchen, lack of attention and ethics, food without a drop of fat, they don't offer coffee, only if you bring it from home, and breakfast bread with tortilla and water with coffee, because it was never milk for God's sake, I do not recommend it to anyone, I am very upset, I have lost my money and I have not been able to enjoy anything, on the contrary, only discomfort, this is my opinion, rooms without bedspreads, by God

I was with my family and despite small details, the stay was wonderful. First of all, I would like to mention the most positive of the points that I can touch on and that is the service offered by the gastronomic team of the restaurant on duty led by the restaurant captain René, in addition to being extremely professional in the service, they managed to make you feel at home, my Congratulations to the entire group and especially to René who became a family friend. The rooms were quite cozy, adjusted to their category, the offers, although varied, were not very economical. The pool was something that we could not enjoy since it was in a poor state of cleaning due to a lack of chemical products. We plan to repeat the experience in the future since we had a great time.
