May 17th - 31st This was my 8th time staying here I believe and it certainly did not disappoint. The WIFI internet was decent and available all around the resort! The food was good and acceptable. Ice cream and desserts were the best. The hamburgers were a pleasant surprise with their local condiments! The late night sports bar and grill was the place to be. Air conditioned room with sports tv, pool tables, drinks, and a grill. As long as one visits Varadero to have fun, nobody will be disappointed. It's a utopia, that's all there is to it! Please upgrade and renovate the bathrooms! Tips: - Bring your own toilet paper, candy, sauces, condiments, foaming hand soap, bathtub and shower cleanser, scrub pads, soap bars, razors, shaving foam, - Take a visit to the International bank downtown Varadero to exchange CDN or US dollars into Pesos. Easier to spend with tipping and local restaurants with Pesos. Both have both currencies just in case. - Repeat guests: ask for an extension in your room past check-out time if you need. It should be free if you are a repeat guest.

I wanna say really thank you to the animation team at this hotel. They are excellent employees. They put on amazing shows at the hotel every night. Especially, I wanna highlight Yohan, who was always glad to see us as guests, always smiled, asked how we were doing. Many thanks to him for his advice on visiting places in Varadero. Also, my friends and I went on a bike trip, which Yohan organized for us. We visited the beautiful forest and caves and were impressed. I wish Yohan and all the guys who worked and entertained us all day long success and happiness. And I wish prosperity to the hotel! The problem with the food and the strange working hours of the bars (every day at a different time) in the hotel leaves a bad impression, but we turned a blind eye to it and enjoyed our vacation! The facilities were good enough for what you pay. I should not complain about the food since given the circumstances they did their best to keep us fed at all times. In fact, they offered a large variety of meat and veggies, desserts, etc. On the other hand, for heavy drinkers, this place should be an oasis since you can have access to all the alcohol you want at all times. My husband certainly loved that fact. Regarding the entertainment, the first night with dance performers was good, however, the second one with singers was not. I think they should work harder on this issue. If you want a get away from Havana, this is definetely the place to stay. A very relaxing,enjoyable spot for honey mooners or loners who simply want to have time on their own.

Good resort, clean and modern. Theres restaurants, bars, small shops, pools and its on the beach. The rooms are modern, clean and big. A bus is available for free to go to Varadero city on a daily basis, multiple times. The people are approachable and helpful, very lovely people. The food is diverse, meat and veggies. Tasty vegetables and fruits.
