I have stayed in this hotel for more than 3 times already due to business reason. This time is the worst experience I faced so far.
I checked in on morning of 23/Jun/2024 for Room 226, I was told by hotel staff that the room will be tidied-up after 3 nights. That's fine. If we need bath soap, it would be refilled on request.
On 24th and 25th morning, I requested for refill but nothing was done by the hotel. I was upset already.
I used all the towels and expecting the room service on 26th, and to my disappointment, the room was still not tidied up!!! I complained to the hotel manager in the evening and he was trying to excuse my counting was wrong. But he was wrong obviously and then he excused of "no more house keeping people". Fine.... then on the 27th evening.......
Oh la la......!!! the room was still not cleaned!!!! No bath soap refill at all!!! Till the end of my check out on 29th still no soap (just urgently tidied on Thur night)!! It is really catastrophic!
This hotel really don't care about the customer request or satisfaction! Be careful when you choose to stay here!!!

We thought it was fine, if a bit basic. It’s good value for money if you’re not bothered about staying somewhere super bougie.
Pros
- Service was good; staff were polite and quick to help with any issues.
- There’s a tram stop and metro station nearby, so getting around is easy.
- View of the Eiffel Tower from our room.
Cons
- Automatic blind stopped working - seemed pretty brittle and cheap.
- No cups or glasses provided in the room.

the room is very nice and clean but maybe it is a bit small for two people. Also, it is convenient to go to tourist spots as there are metro nearby which need to walk around 10 minutes. It is possible to see Eiffel Tower but we were arranged to other side.
