Aparthotel correct.
Mauvaise isolation phonique (bruit de la route et voisins du dessus), on nous attribué pour 4 nuits, un appartement au rez-de-chaussée alors que
j'avais demandé un appartement à l'étage supérieur et 1 parking. Mes demandes n'avaient pas été lues. Heureusement un parking était disponible.
Il y avait des appartements disponibles aux étages supérieurs et j'ai demandé un changement qui nous a été refusé au motif: pas de surclassement possible.
Pour ces raisons, nous ne sommes pas satisfaits.
Ce geste commercial n'aurait pas ruiné Best Western.

Reservamos una noche en Mayo a través de airbnb. Nos bloquearon 150e( algo que no indicaba airbnb). Cuando fuimos a entregar la tarjeta quisimos ir al apartamento para confirmar con ellos que lo dejábamos en buen estado...Dijeron que no, q de eso se encargaba limpieza. Una semana después de alojarnos han cargado en mi tarjeta 30 euros sin previa comunicación ni explicación. Les hemos pedido explicaciones y de momento sin clarificar motivo( que no cumplimos con el mantenimiento.... lo dejamos en perfecto estado). Mucho cuidado...Exigid revisar la habitación antes de dejar el alojamiento. Todo esto ha hecho que no merezca la pena el sitio, aún siendo cómodo y cercano al centro.

Appartement de 2 chambres agréable/ propre/ fonctionnel . Gros inconvénient chambres côté rue très bruyantes (circulation). Personnel d accueil moyennement agréable. Bien situé pour la visite vieille ville de vannes. Parking gratuit a proximité.

Je ne suis pas fan habituellement des Appart Hôtel mais c'est avec surprise que j'ai découvert celui de Vannes. Au départ déçue de ne pas avoir eu de chambre ailleurs, j'en ressors conquise. Très propre, calme et bien situé. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’établissement. Situé à proximité du centre-ville et du port. Appartement spacieux, moderne et propre. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Excellente adresse, j’y retournerai avec plaisir.

J'ai passé 4 nuits dans cet établissement et j'en suis plutôt satisfaite. Très bien situé, à 2 pas du centre ville. Ma chambre était située à l'arrière donc très calme. C'est la 1ere fois que j'ai un canapé lit dans un appart hôtel : a priori c'est une bonne idée mais ce modèle n'est pas idéal, pas très confortable et l'armature métallique qui l'entoure désagréable. Enfin il manque table de nuit et lampe de chevet.

C'est un appart-hôtel, bien situé à proximité du centre ville, spacieux, simple mais calme, propre, nombreux placards, vaisselle impeccable : rien à redire. Nous y avons passé une semaine bien agréable.

Appart clair et propre, literie confortable, bien placé pour se ballader dans Vannes. Le seul bémol les équipements un peu usé. Les appartements sont bien insonorisé possibilité de prendre le parking en supplément.
