not so good ; no warm welcome and panic in the restaurant during the breakfast
the hotel should be renewed asap ... more than 150 euros in Vannes out of the season period !!! I was expecting much better !

Comfortable rooms though it must be Accor policy not to have air conditioning switched on as room was very warm due to thundery weather and thunderstorm which flooded and brought down the ceiling in the restaurant. Air-conditioning was not available though advertised and installed. Staff were helpful in all respects especially Thomas who was happy to share recommendations of restaurants and was obliged to cope with the difficult situation of the storm damage meaning that some guests were unable to get anything to eat.

We stayed for just two nights but it was excellent. Having stayed at other Mercures, everything was as expected. What wasn’t expected was the service provided by Thomas Croissant. It was absolutely stellar. He made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. All in all, a fabulous stay in a fabulous town. Ask for Mr. Croissant when you get there. Btw, he speaks English, Spanish, Italian and of course French. We had fun speaking all four languages with him.

Si vous venez un week-end surtout ne pas prendre de chambre côté parking parc expo/ Kasino Car il y a des boites de nuits et jusqu’à plus de 4h du matin vous aurez le droits à la musique, chant et cris des fetards Je suis surpris de la mauvaise qualité de l’isolation phonique

Excellent hôtel : nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé en Privilège ( chambre spacieuse bien entretenue et climatisée).Un petit-déjeuner parfait avec des produits frais et divers . Un personnel d’accueil fort compétent

Accueil normal, chambre confortable et propre, la literie est bonne. Cote restaurant, l’accueil a été minable. 2 serveurs seulement débordés et impolis. Ils nous font une remarque : Il n’y a plus de cuisinier, nous mangerons ce qu’ils nous donnerons... De fait nous avons quitter ce restaurant pour manger dans un lieu plus acceuillant. En partant, nous avons fait part de notre mécontentement à l’accueil, qui n’à rien relevé...
