The hotel’s location is excellent, a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Vannes. The car park is convenient, but extremely tight so you have to be extra careful whilst manoeuvring. Vannes railway station is about 15mins walk away. The hotel is looking a bit scruffy on the outside and a tad run down on the inside. The rooms have been refurbished to some extent, but still have quite a dingy and cheap feel to them (the ancient tiny TVs don’t help). The bathrooms appear to have had more money spent on them and look quite good. The room was, however, very clean and the daily housekeeping did a good job. The AC worked well and we did not struggle with noise from inside or outside the hotel. We found the beds comfortable. We did not have breakfast or any other meals at the hotel, so can’t comment on that aspect. Staff were pleasant, efficient and helpful and we were able to borrow an iron and ironing board. I would not be rushing back, but it certainly met our needs on this trip and we felt the price we paid was fair for what we got.

Great location about 300m from top of town. Underground parking, good continental breakfast, pleasant rooms. Paper cups for making hot drinks but no milk! Staff very friendly. Vannes is excellent for a visit, highly recommended. Would stay at a different hotel next time.

The Hotel is quite old and the rooms definitively don't look like the pictures they share. I think it was refurbished some time ago but still too many spots show the old substance. The beds are not very comfortable (too hard) and the restaurant menu mostly consists of meals with duck (very odd). The parking is also very very narrow and hard to fit in a parking space with a slightly bigger car. Also getting out is also challenging because of the narrow pathway in front to position in front of the garage door. And it's extremely noisy as its directly on a roundabout with lots of traffic. On the positive side, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the old city centre is in close walking distance. No need for public transport or car. But overall the hotel is not worth the money.

Convenient location north of the centre of Vannes. There is limited car parking available, at EUR 15 per night, and this tends to get booked up. We found two free car parks nearby, at the Palais des Arts and the Ryckebush car parks. There are a couple of drop-off spots at the front of the hotel for loading and unloading. Our room was clean and comfortable, and at the back of the hotel so very quiet and away from the traffic noise. Breakfast was fine, usual buffet and good coffee from a machine. It was served from 6.30am so that helped us with an early departure on our last day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke English if that is required.

We recently stayed in this hotel for six nights. We chose to upgrade to a Prestige room, room 212. It was at the front side of the hotel. The hotel is located on a very busy road and roundabout. One of the noisiest rooms that I have even stayed in. Even with the windows closed you could hear the traffic outside. You also had the seagulls with their non stop squawking from early morning. The first thing that struck me about this hotel was the lack of colour other than brown. Our bedroom had beige walls with dark brown floor boards, doors, furniture. Depressing. The extra space we had in our Prestige room was provided by a dormer style feature that protruded from the side of the building. It was a cave like feature. It had a chair, table and sofa in this space. We had what looked like a new bathroom. Very modern. Unfortunately it had a frosted glass door facing out in to the room. The shower was an excellent size, with plenty of hot water. Lovely fluffy towels. I have to say that the housekeeping was excellent. Our room was spotless. We had a coffee machine in the room with plenty of coffee provided. My wife drinks coffee, I don't. It would have been nice to have a few teas provided. On some days we were provided with two 500 ml bottles of water, on other days nothing. Shampoos, etc. were provided. Air Conditioning in the room was excellent. T.V. had no English channels. Linens very good. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. It would be useful if there was a small hand basin to wash your hands. You have to move to the bathroom to do this. We were only provided with six hangers in total in the wardrobe. Not enough, especially when you are staying for 6 nights. Staff were very pleasant. Check in was fast and efficient. It was a short walk to the old town of Vannes. The footpaths surrounding the hotel were very poor. Breakfasts were basic. The hot offering was scrambled eggs and bacon. The scrambled eggs were almost liquid like, every day. Bread selection was poor. two types of sweet bread for toasting, a brown bread offering and a portion of roll. you had the usual yogurt, cereals, fruit, hams, jams and cheese. All right for one night but we couldn't face in to this every day. So we didn't. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay for a visit to Vannes, super close to the old town with parking. Team at the hotel are very friendly and polite. Rooms not large but very clean and comfortable. Had a room a the back of the hotel so was also very quiet despite hotel being very busy.

Wonderful stay thanks to Christoph in Reception. He helped us and had special sensitivity towards disability. Some people only notice disability if they see a wheelchair, but there’s a wide range of disabilities in between. Our life is not easy but we felt very welcome in your hotel. Many thanks.

La chambre était propre, la literie confortable. Les WC séparés de la salle de bain sont appréciables. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très varié. Le personnel est à l'écoute et aimable.
