During WRC Sweden I was with a group of rally supporters who came for lunch between stages - there were two coach loads of us so I wondered what to expect. We were cheerfully welcomed upon arrival and advised of the food choices and where to find all that we needed. After choosing and being served Reindeer Stew there was a self service salad bar and bread as well as various sauces and dressings. The food was delicious - tender and flavoursome Reindeer Stew, creamy potatoes, fresh salads and warm bread. There was a delicious sauce I'd never had...maybe cloudberry. This was followed by great coffee and an amazing carrot cake. I never thought I would eat reindeer! The staff were super lovely too. The hotel felt like a very welcoming place to spend time.
