The best thing is that the boss is Singapore Chinese, the hotel has a swimming pool, the room is small, it feels a bit black, everything else is good, Wan Rong is very small, so the location is not important, he is in the middle of the place, the room can not smoke, but Smoking chairs and tables on each floor

We stayed at Sansan for 4 nights and it was the most relaxing time we’ve had during our time travelling. There is a lovely pool area and the hotel itself is set away from the main road so it is very peaceful. The breakfast is quite simple and the same each day but overall good. The rooms are lovely and big and we had an amazing view over the field that backs onto the hotel grounds. We rented a moped for 150kip for the day which seemed the same as the town. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into the town centre, via what feels like a dusty carpark. It also doubled up as a market. Overall I would highly recommend Sansan as a relaxing stay in Vang Vieng.

The hotel is actually found by walking thru the CENTER HOTEL, not obvious. But once thru reception was very helpful, the room very clean , the AC worked well, as did a very clean toilet and shower with ample hot water. The lift worked v well, breakfast was good but be sure to get there relatively early, as some things ran out. Location ison the main street 5 mi walk to everything, including river or the bar area. Overall, an excellent stay for the price.

The room was a bit run down but that's pretty much the same here. The guy at the front desk was very nice. Very close to the river with great views and a swimming pool. Close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was OK. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again!

Good hotel would stay again but some weak spots. Pros. Great location plenty all around but no noise for nearby bars at night. Reception staff terrific, guy even carried my heavy bag up 2 flights of stairs because I’m quite elderly, and wouldn’t take a tip 😳. Rooms clean but see cons. Breakfast fair to good. Cons. Dirty ashtray on balcony when we checked in same in my friends room. Very slippery shower floor, take great care there! Have a flat screen tellys but they have no signal 😳. Bottom line … yes I would stay again, mainly because of staff .

Easy accessible to eateries around the hotel. The room is generally clean, except the set up in the toilet for shower is not convenient. Otherwise, according to the staff we were given a free upgrade (much not different as shown in the photos of the room we booked).
