there are things that make us concerned the most is at the Corridors area (1st & 2nd floor) is very dangerous such as:
- the gap of handrail is too large for kids to fall in.
- the floor is also slippery.
We are hoping they will improve their performance on safety + maintenance the tools of amenities of each room.

Nearly everything in the room was broken. Staring with the shower head, ending with the lighting.
Dead cockroach behind the bed wasn’t pleasant sight at all

If thinking about going to Vang Vieng, consider this Hotel. On edge of town about 15 to 20 minutes flat walk into town. Hotel grounds are beautiful with flowering plants surrounding area and pool. With scenic views to the south west. But what stands out about this Hotel is the manager , Spring, who is Vietnamese, who speaks fluent English. And who is there to help you in any way to make you have a enjoyable experience.

Что особенно понравилось: очень чистая территория, уборка возможна каждый день и тщательная, классный бассейн, красивая территория.
Могут постирать вещи. 50.000 кип за 1 килограмм
Завтрак мне не очень нравился, но это, наверное потому, что всё из предложенного было не в моем вкусе. Я вот не могу есть жареную лапшу на завтрак или тушеную картошку. Есть тосты, рис, очень сладкий сок, кофе , чай, но за эти деньги хорошо.
Вид из номера хороший, на закате можно увидеть воздушные шары, правда, немного отвлеклась стройка, что загораживала часть вида.

在萬榮這家酒店住了三晚，首先位置，距離鎮上有大概1公里……步行約20分鐘……在煙塵滾滾的村道不好走，下雨都是水坑和泥土……叫車的話每次5萬……其實也不便宜。第二是酒店環境……酒店的環境還行……公共區域一直都有工作人員維護和搞衞生……游泳池第二天我們想游泳，發現在維修不能用，傍晚時候也能看到熱氣球。第三，房間內設施比較就……淋浴的地方賊高……要爬進去……衞生間有點反臭……但是空間還是比較寬敞……三個人住也不擠。第四，早餐基本沒啥吃……我們就第一天吃了一點點。總結：一百多的房間也就這樣了……本來當地也就相對落後……設施殘舊

非常不好的體驗，首先是前台的服務人員，我為了確認他們是否會英文，先打了電話，可是到了店裡都不懂英文，也不懂中文， 甚至給他們用翻譯軟件翻譯他們也不太明白….. 酒店有打掃房間，我們出去之前跟前台説了打掃，答應了，回來之後還是沒有打掃過，泳池的水也不是很乾凈，我為什麼會定在這裏，是因為他們的房間，跟照片也不一樣，完全不一樣。房間內還會有螞蟻…… 床單也起球了，床也很不舒服，能摸到彈簧…… 重點是….. 很吵 沒有人管理， 泳池沒有使用時間的限制…. 早上六七點就非常吵 有人在泳池玩 小孩子在哭鬧，大人在大聲聊天…. 根本沒辦法休息…. 酒店應該設定時間幾點到幾點不可以使用泳池，這樣可以保證客人的睡眠….. 在大廳買了一個泡麪 已經泡上了 發現是過期了…….. 懶得退………… 給酒店的建議是，既然是酒店，面對的是全世界的客人，那起碼的應該會一種全世界可以通用的語言，老撾語普及太低了，不是當地人真的不懂…. 前台會講基本的英文，我覺得很有必要。
