there are things that make us concerned the most is at the Corridors area (1st & 2nd floor) is very dangerous such as:
- the gap of handrail is too large for kids to fall in.
- the floor is also slippery.
We are hoping they will improve their performance on safety + maintenance the tools of amenities of each room.

Nearly everything in the room was broken. Staring with the shower head, ending with the lighting.

If thinking about going to Vang Vieng, consider this Hotel. On edge of town about 15 to 20 minutes flat walk into town. Hotel grounds are beautiful with flowering plants surrounding area and pool. With scenic views to the south west. But what stands out about this Hotel is the manager , Spring, who is Vietnamese, who speaks fluent English. And who is there to help you in any way to make you have a enjoyable experience.

We stayed in this hotel in Vangrong for three nights. First of all, the location is about 1 km away from the town... It's about a 20-minute walk... It's not easy to walk on the dusty village road, and it's full of puddles and mud when it rains... If you call a taxi, it's 50,000 each time... It's actually not cheap. Second, the hotel environment... The hotel environment is okay... There are always staff to maintain and clean the public areas... We wanted to swim in the swimming pool the next day, but found that it was under maintenance and could not be used. We could also see hot air balloons in the evening. Third, the facilities in the room are relatively basic... The shower is very high... You have to climb in... The bathroom is a bit smelly... But the space is still relatively spacious... It's not crowded for three people. Fourth, there is basically nothing to eat for breakfast... We only ate a little on the first day. Summary: The room for more than 100 yuan is just like this... The local area is relatively backward... The facilities are dilapidated
