Worst hotel I had stayed in Laos. No water in basin and shower and inform reception told to wait 10 mins.At night raining the ceiling will leak water on to bed. Stay away

It's hard to describe in one sentence.
Service: basically qualified, the front desk can speak English, and communication is not a big problem.
Facilities (key points): a mess! The shower head is tied with a wire; the bathroom door cannot be locked; I didn't notice that the toilet triangular valve was broken while I was sleeping, and almost flooded my luggage; the balcony sliding window cannot be locked; the bed sheet is torn...
Hygiene (key points): Never use a kettle to boil water, because no one cleans the kettle, and I don't know what is inside it has been moldy! ! (See pictures for details); The curtains are too dirty...
Even if I just arrived in Vangrong, I don't think it's worth it to just make do for one night, so I checked out early the next morning.
