I booked for 2 nights
But they said couldn't find my book from Trip ???
And the hotel are full already.
And send me to another hotel for the first nights
And next day they still say couldn't find my book and said I'm not paid yet ... ?
But I paid in Trip.com already!!!!!!
And they move me to another one that's mean I move for 3 time ????
What the f**k hotel ???
And they cheat my tuk tuk book also

The room was okay. When it’s really got the AC doesn’t do the greatest job getting the room cool, but that’s to be expected I think. The customer service at this place is atrocious. Not even an acknowledgement passing by or anyone asking if I needed the room to be cleaned. I tried to talk to one of the staff at the front desk but they were talking to a friend on the phone and just ignored me. I think these people get enough business as it is so they just don’t care. Overall the room was okay though.

방비엥 시내 중심부에 있지는 않지만 걸어다닐만합니다.
딱 이 가격에 청결도 같습니다. 그래도 많이더럽지는 않지만.
뭔가 침구류를 새상품으로 바꿔야할것같고
쾌쾌한 냄새가 약간 났습니다.
직원은 너무친절합니다.
라오스에서는 시설을 기대하는것은 욕심같습니다.

침대에 누워있든 샤워를 하든 보이는 개미..
간지럽다 싶으면 개미가 몸에 붙어있음
이불이나 수건에 작은 얼룩들도 많고 깨끗하지는 않아요
샤워기 필터 까매졌고.. 아침엔 녹물 나오더니 저녁엔 물도 안 너왔어요
변기 옆 수도관이 터져서 밤새 쫄쫄쫄..

ห้องพักสะอาดดีค่ะ อยู่ในเมืองวังเวียงเลย เดินไปไหน ก็สะดวก อยู่ใกล้ของกิน อยู่ใกล้สะพานเหล็ก ที่มีร้านริมน้ำเยอะๆ เดินไปกินข้าวสะดวกมาก ส่วนการบริการก็พอใช้ได้ น้องพนักงานน่ารัก ติดเรื่องอาหารเช้า เป็นแบบสั่งจานเดี่ยว ไม่ใช่บุฟเฟ่ ค่ะ ห้องน้ำ ฝารองน้ำหลุด ไม่มีเปลี่ยน ต้องใช้ไปอย่างนั้น ที่พักมีขายแพ้คเกจ ท่องเที่ยวด้วย รถมารับถึงหน้าโรงแรม ง่ายดีค่ะ ไม่ต้องไปเดินหาซื้อ
