Easy accessible to eateries around the hotel. The room is generally clean, except the set up in the toilet for shower is not convenient. Otherwise, according to the staff we were given a free upgrade (much not different as shown in the photos of the room we booked).

First of all, the location is so good that it is convenient to use. The location couldn't be better, including the night market, main street, and restaurants.

This stay happened to coincide with the Songkran Festival in Laos, which is their Spring Festival. The employees were busy with internal parties and neglected to serve the guests. There was often no one at the front desk. What was even more disturbing was that the WiFi was broken that day. We reported to the front desk that we had called the telecommunications company, but it was not fixed all night. We just Had a great night without WiFi.

They didn't even provide milk for breakfast. The Thai group and the Chinese group seemed to be competing for food, but in fact there was nothing to eat for breakfast.
When I booked the hotel, I was attracted by its open-air restaurant and wanted to have dinner watching the sunset. But in fact, no one in the entire restaurant could speak English, and communication was completely impossible. For a group meal, I had to wait for half an hour and no one responded.
However, you really have to lower your expectations for hotel services in Laos. But the white towel is not white, which is quite uncomfortable. There was no hair dryer, and the room was not cleaned the next day, so I had to call again and again.
