The experience was very bad. Secondly, the facilities, the hotel is called Hailin Resort, the room type is a two-bedroom villa, I thought it was a flat, with a large living room + two bedrooms + garden + resort public facilities, but it turned out to be a loft type, with two bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, each bedroom is only about less than 10 square meters, especially the bedroom downstairs, it was difficult to put the suitcase, the stairs connecting the upstairs and downstairs are not suitable for children, there is no safety protection measures, and the gap is completely possible for children to fall down if they are not careful. Breakfast only has toast and fried eggs. Let's talk about hygiene and details. It's really not good at all. There is a kitchen in the room, but there are no kitchen utensils. Do I need to bring my own induction cooker or gas tank? The bowls were all moldy. In fact, when traveling, you usually don't use hotel tableware, but please don't put some moldy ones. The bathroom mirror was moldy, there were groups of spider webs behind the TV, the water in the wash basin was not hot after 10 minutes, the shower water was hot and cold, there were two power outages in one night, there were no hangers, and there was no cleaning the next day. The garbage was not taken out, and the water was not replenished. Anyway, there was almost no satisfactory place. The motorcycle rented in this store had at least two-thirds of the oil when it was returned, and the money was not refunded. It was a rip-off. The most important thing is that this suite costs more than 600 yuan a night. I don't know where the courage to set such a high price came from. The location, facilities, hygiene, and service are all good. If it is around 300, it would be a match. In short, the cost performance is extremely low and it is not recommended at all. Finally, when I checked out, a Chinese guy came. His attitude was not bad, which was the only highlight of this stay.

The staff were very nice. They provided luggage storage for us when we went to the lagoon the next day. It was great! But there were big cockroaches and geckos in the room 😇

It feels like the most atmospheric theme hotel in Vang Vieng. The oversized balcony, the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room and the view are amazing. There is also a dry and wet separated bathroom. The service is also excellent. There is an outdoor swimming pool. I highly recommend everyone to experience it when you come to Vang Vieng! ! !
