I went to stay here last a few days ago for my birthday, it was really special and thank you for all stuff that was surprise me with the cakes and cocktails I really enjoyed and appreciated it so much, will definitely have to stay here again next time!

The hotel wasn’t terrible, but for the price I paid, I expected much better. The room was decent but lacked the comfort and amenities I was hoping for. The service was okay, but not particularly welcoming or attentive. The overall experience didn’t quite match the cost. I wouldn’t say it was a bad stay, but it definitely didn’t live up to my expectations for the price.

The best hotel in Vang Vieng with a convenient location and beautiful mountain views.
The room is equipped with expensive furniture made of real Lao wood. A basket with towels is provided for visiting the pool.
A variety of breakfasts, both European and Chinese.
On the terrace above the river, you can dine with a beautiful view and watch the soaring balloons and sunset.
We stayed on New Year's Eve, and the general manager Pethantat Polsena organized a gala dinner with great dishes, champagne, a raffle and fireworks.
Excellent guest oriented staff and excellent service!

The Phubarn hotel was one of the best hotels of our trip to Laos. It was recently built or renovated, has a well trained and forthcoming staff with moderate to exzellent command of English. .
The room was very clean, well equipped with a wonderful view on the mountains. Breakfast was very good, both Chinese and European Continental.
The pool is great, with a waterfall and a great view.
The only setback is the direct view on the Nam Song river, where often the motorboats with the tourists pass by. But this is offset by the superb view and modernity of the hotel. It is also situated in the vicinity of many pubs and travel agencies.
All in all it it great value for money and may be on the way to become the No.1 hotel in Vang Vienh.

The best hotel in Vang Vieng. It's all new. It's in the center. They helped us buy train tickets. Free transportation to the station. Amazing breakfast. It's really a 5 star hotel. I recommend it.

Hotel was nice and along the river / the bamboo bridge can be accessed from the hotel own bar.
Very close to all the restaurants and ATMs - really god located
Rooms very clean with big balcony directed towards the pool
Mini bar free with coke/sprite and water - re filled every day
Breakfast was good / all available local food speciality’s but also continental style.
The bar/cafe - good
The staff : very very friendly and supportive

We stayed three nights there including the new year eve. The resort is in the center of Vangvieng at the river bank. Beautiful view from the balcony to the river and mountains.
Unfortunately the speed boats are pretty loud so we could not fully enjoy the breakfast sitting outside.
Swimming pool available but there are only two sunbeds and no change room.
Both western and asian meals available for breakfast. The variety is sufficient. Coffee dispenser provides a typical set: cappuccino, Espresso et cet.
Staff very friendly and ready to help. Transport from the railwaystation is provided for free.

The location is very good and the hotel is new, but there are too many naughty Chinese children and parents. It feels like I haven't been abroad. The crazy children kept shouting in the swimming pool until late at night, or they ran around the corridor and knocked on the door. If you also take noisy children out, you can join them, otherwise you can avoid it.
In addition, I booked two days separately, and I asked for the same room for two days through Ctrip. The hotel didn't know, and didn't know which side's problem it was.
From the breakfast and decoration, I guess the hotel owner is Chinese. Many details of the furniture are not particularly humanized. The big pillar at the end of the bed is easy to bump into. The frosted glass in the toilet will see through the long-burning lights in the corridor at night, and it can't be blocked. The room can't be completely dark, which affects sleep...
