This hotel has its shortcomings and advantages. Overall, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. It's just that I was unlucky during my stay and a lot of things happened, so I can't say I was very happy.
But objectively speaking, because the room I booked is at the corner of the second floor, the view is really good. When the window is opened, you can see a good view.
And most of the time there is someone at the front desk, so as long as you communicate in English, you can get help easily.
Breakfast is relatively simple and easy to overeat, but it is quite delicious.
The disadvantage of course is that if you can't communicate in English, many of the services here will be of little use to you.
In other words, the toilet door is a bit difficult to open and close, and it is easy to get stuck. I don't know why it has not been repaired.
Also, I was bitten by unknown insects such as fleas. My arms were very dense and itchy. They were not healed until I left Laos. I wonder if the environment is too natural.

Not as shown online!!! The room was dirty, very dirty. Holes in the walls. Mould in the bathroom. The aircon was broken which we spoke to the hotel about 6 times in 1 days. The aircon then started to leak and flood the room, which they gave us a bucket for, the bucket overflowed and flooded!! We asked twice to move rooms. In 4 nights the room was not cleaned, no clean towels. We had to ask for more towels and toilet roll. The design of the hotel is all rooms are overlooking or lead off from the reception area/breakfast area. As soon as people are awake and in breakfast the whole hotel can hear them. The breakfast was ok. You had the choice of 1 meal (egg, rice or noodle soup). Fresh fruit, toast and water. The location was good. 3 minutes walk to the centre. The hotel staff tried with English.

The family that runs the guest house is extremely kind and willing to go out of their way to assist you. Unlike literally every other place I’ve stayed in Laos their conversion rate for paying is pretty much on point with what Google will tell you (I think it was actually even better). The place is in a great location and the room is clean with lots of space. They also offer a very good breakfast for what you’re paying for the room. I’d recommend booking tours through the owner as his prices were very competitive. I spent a week here so I had time to shop around for tours with different prices and offerings and though he didn’t beat everyone he almost always did or was at least close. Overall a great value for the money. · nothing. it was excellent.
