Very very strange welcome! We have always been greeted amicably by the staff but this time the waitress was at best totally indifferent and at worst very unwelcoming. The food was terribly disappointing! Our Paella was burnt at the bottom of the dish and uncooked on the top. The only saving grace is the view. When will restaurants understand that if a client decides to spend his hard earned money in their establishment, the very least he should expect is a smile on arrival! Good food or bad food, no excuse for a poor welcome ! It’s the money we choose to spend with you that pays your bills and feeds your families! Learn to smile! It’s such a small thing when you take 100€ out of my wallet!

I want to review the restaurant only which has a superb view overlooking the sea and beach. We were here for the view only but were pleasantly surprised by the pretty decent food. Nicely prepared, well seasoned but not a gastro restaurant. The evening we ate the service was friendly but not very efficient which is a shame! They also seemed in a hurry to close even though it was only 22,30. Despite that, the view is great and the food is pretty good.

Un petit coin de paradis, accueil au top, superbe chambre triple avec balcon terrasse , restauration à la hauteur de la vue, petit déjeuner a ne pas rater, personnel très professionnel.

Un restaurante de hotel pero de calidad. Teniendo en cuenta las opciones en el entorno es una buena alternativa para una comida en la pausa de mediodia de un dia de navegacion o como opcion desde tierra. Entrantes de proximidad: boqueromes fritos, calamares romana o mejillones al vapor Arroces muy al punto Precios razonables y servicio atrnto que aconseja bien

Quelle déception ! On vient très régulièrement à la Llorca depuis 4 ans, mais que s’est-il passé cette saison pour que cet endroit qui était charmant, où la cuisine était de qualité et servie de manière très agréablement, le tout à un prix raisonnable (pour la côte) devienne un piège a touristes. Nourriture quelconque (par exemples les anchois frits ressemblent à des sardines) pour un prix élevé mais aussi avec un manque d’attention pour le client qui a tout de même dépensé pour plus de 300 euros. Je n y remettrai plus les pieds, en tout cas avec cette direction. ¡Qué decepción! Venimos a La Llorca regularmente desde hace 4 años, pero qué ha pasado esta temporada para convertir este lugar encantador, donde la comida era de calidad y servida de forma muy agradable, todo a un precio razonable (para la costa), en una trampa para turistas. La comida no tenía nada de especial (por ejemplo, los boquerones fritos parecían sardinas) y el precio era elevado, pero también había una falta de atención al cliente, que sin embargo se gastó más de 300 euros. No volveré a ir, al menos con esta gestión.

Fui ayer con mis tres hijos, entre ellos dos menores, y mi madre, jubilada. El señor que nos atendía, después de estar unos 15 minutos en la cola (mis hijos sentados en el suelo), y confirmar que no se trabaja con reserva, "cuela" a 5 señoritas en una mesa. Cuando le apercibo por la circunstancia comienza a gritarme diciendo, primero que me ha solicitado entrar y no he contestado, segundo que he pedido terraza cuando pedí interior, y tercero que tienen reserva. Cuando le digo al caballero que no es lógico lo que me dice con malos modos me contesta que no hay mesa para mi, y que llame "a la policía o la guardia civil". Como es lógico me fui sin más, pero quiero compartir esta opinión porque es algo realmente estrambótico y me ha sorprendido muchísimo la falta de respeto y desconsideración con una familia que solo quiere cenar, cuando mi trato fue cortés, tratando de usted y con el máximo respeto. Yo solicitaría a la dirección que valoren si el trato al cliente es profesional o por el contrario se debe mejorar. Yo no volveré más pero deseo que no le ocurra a más gente este tipo de desagradables y del todo evitables situaciones.

El hotel, la atención al cliente y ubicación muy bien, pero la calidad de la comida en el restaurante horrible, casi incomestible. Es una pena que teniendo un hotel de esas caracteristicas con una terraza y unas vistas al mar den una comida tan mala

El trato muy desagradable con la camarera que nos hizo la reserva, nos prometio al teléfono que comeríamos fuera y al llegar nos negó comer en la terraza. Al final cedió a cambio de comer “deprisa” Nos atendió a desgana, con cara de cansada y estresada. Muchos niños chillando en las mesas de alrededor. Sin embargo la comida estaba buena, buen color, buen sabor y buenas texturas. Opinaría mejor si la camarera no pareciera que me está salvando la vida!
