The residence occupies about 2000 sq ft on the main and second floors of a four stories legal triplex Victorian Home. It can accommodate a small group or up to ten guests with flexible accommodation space and you will be charged only for the number of guests in your party and will have the exclusive use of the residence. In the house there are 3 bedrooms. Beds are as following:Bedroom #1: 1 queen bed (double occupancy)Bedroom #2: 1 queen bed (double occupancy) + 1 single bedBedroom #3: 1 king bed (double occupancy). It can be separated in 2 singles.
