Suite with one bed in a room, two beds in the main room which is an open studio to a kitchen. Small balcony too! Great location at the end of Robson Street so can walk into the action, but still fairly quiet. Prob want to open the windows to air the room out a bit after cleaning, but perfectly fine. Watch out for small charges. We didn't hit any tripwires, but there is a 2.4% charge for credit card and clean up fees if you leave dirty dishes and such. So don't leave in a hurry! Check in and check out was quick. The hotel doesn't seem to have facilities, but when you have a kitchen in the room, quite OK! Would def go again. Note that the old hotel name is still on the front, so don't be confused. Worked out fine.

They were able to check us in early when we got there, and kept our bags secured up front when we were checking out as we had late afternoon flights but morning checkout. Very friendly front desk staff throughout the whole stay! Also in a very prime location downtown!

Budget hotel in Vancouver. Clean place for a bed and shower. Good service. Staff are extremely helpful. The night receptionist offered to help us to take our luggage upstairs (no elevator). No Frills and Dollarmart across from the hotel. Good for last minute shopping before a cruise. Will stay again.

The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the meal is convenient. If you have a day or two day tour with the group, walk 2 to 3 minutes from the meeting place. The hotel room is slightly smaller, but the setting is good, especially with a small balcony! Warm service, people are very NICE

The hotel has convenient transportation, convenient eating and shopping nearby, a good environment, and the nearby park is very popular. The hotel staff are friendly and the front desk and room service staff are very nice. The hygiene really needs to be improved.

The location is very convenient, 500 meters from Binhai Station, very convenient to the airport, not many toilets, but enough, clean facilities, but old, suitable for 1-2 nights

Facilities: Older. The sound insulation is not good, the room given is close to the road, and the car is loud. The toilet is not easy to close after flushing. The big bed collapsed slightly in the middle.

Great location and price for downtown vancouver - accomodation is a bit dated but you get what you pay for

We had a comfortable stay in a clean room that was even cuter than it looked in the photos! Each room has a number lock, so you can rest assured about security. The hosts were all very warm and kind! They were happy to store our luggage before check-in, introduced us to their two cats, and had a lot of fun talking to us! The nearest station is just under a 20-minute walk, or less than 10 minutes if you take a bus from the nearby bus stop. It's close to the airport and tourist spots, so it's easy to get around. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I go to Vancouver!
