Went for the Taylor Swift concert and the amenities were absolutely amazing. Made the experience so much more magical! Had a bracelet making station, special cookies, signature Taylor cocktails, and decorations. Can’t say enough about our trip!

I didn't realize at first that this hotel chain is also owned by Marriott. Sure enough, I couldn't upgrade my room through a third-party booking platform, and was only given the lowest floor, the 5th floor... I recommend using Marriott membership to book your room. The front desk was very welcoming, offering cookies and drinks, and apples and iced drinks in the lobby. The hotel is a bit far from the cruise ship embarkation point, so if you have a lot of luggage, you'll definitely need a taxi. Uber is not far from Stanley Park and Suspension Bridge Park. The breakfast was a la carte, which exceeded my expectations.

Dissatisfied with the hotel's restaurant service. Restaurant staff do not allow take-out meals. Even though I provided a written commitment to indemnify the hotel, it was still rejected.
