The staff was very helpful, the shuttle arrives on the 3rd floor at the airport where shuttles usually pick up travelers, the driver was very friendly and the hotel provides me with the service to store my luggage in the storage room even after checkout, if you need a place to stay near the hotel a few days I highly recommend this establishment!

Decided to stay here the night before boarding a plane for a vacation. It was somewhat of a convenient location but the room was super small. There was enough room for a bed. The bathroom was about 2 steps from the bed. The bed was uncomfortable - I felt like I was on a bouncy castle and every time my husband moved I was about to fly off. Thankfully we were only there for a night. Won’t stay here again.

Excellent airport shuttle service. Need some time to find out the main entrance. The hotel is a bit old but the room is clean.

To be honest I don't really understand where those bad reviews came from. The location is very convenient, 10 mins drive from the airport and free airport shuttle is running every 30mins till 11:30pm (I took the last bus). Hotel is dated but it is very well maintained and clean. Theres also a small grocery store and a very nice little Japanese restaurant nearby - bonus point. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. Happy hour at the restaurant was such a good deal too.

Location is close to the airport but need to across the bridge. The bad thing is the area for car stop at front to drop off luggage and passengers are narrow, it there’s an airport shuttle van parking there, your car just can’t get in. Some staff is nice but some are not polite and did not explain clearly with thoughtfulness re parking instructions.
