Location is great. Service is good. Room is tidy and has everything you need. Water pressure can be better. Breakfast selection and taste are great, but expect to wait for at least 30min to get your food, even if you arrive at 7am.

I stayed here from May 16th to 19th, and it was exactly the kind of hotel I needed after a long flight from Korea to Vancouver. The room was spacious and clean — it honestly made me feel like a successful woman living her best life. Everything was super comfortable and well-maintained.
The location was also perfect. I could walk to most of the main attractions, and whenever I needed a break, I could easily come back to the hotel to rest before heading out again. It really made my trip more relaxing and enjoyable.
And I can’t forget to mention the staff — every single person I encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. Their warm hospitality made my stay even better.
Thanks to this hotel, my memories of Vancouver are extra special. Highly recommended if you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

The room is very clean and tidy. When I asked for room cleaning, the staff left a note to tell us about the weather forecast the next day, which is very heart-warming. I also enjoyed the hot tub, which is very relaxing.

Hardware and location is great but service wise it does varies a lot with the servicing individual.
Would be better with more comfy towels and less angles around corners and drawers for busy travellers and kids.
Cleaning wise can be more thorough in view of the high pricing standard.

The Paradox hotel was centrally located in downtown Vancouver. The hotel room was very clean. The staff, especially the valet workerswere friendly and quick to get our vehicle.
