Good location. The hotel closes to English bay and Stanley Park. Good to have a walk in the morning or evening. Friendly staff and plenty of varieties food to choose to enjoy.
The room is very small and hot. Air circulation is very bad. The building seems very old as well as the out dated air-conditioning. The air conditioning is very noisy when it’s on.

Nice clean hotel in a lovely area of the city. Though, we booked a double room with a seaview, but upon arival at the hotel, they told us that only standard city view rooms were available. That was a bit disappointing. Also, cold insulation in the room wasn't good and heating system did not work properly. We asked the hotel staff if anything could be done, and they brought us a portable room heater, which saved the day.
We had breakfast at the bar on the first floor and it was truly fantastic.
Overall, the hotel was nice and we consider coming back in the future.

Ants came out of the bathroom several times, and the shower door in the bathroom would open no matter how many times I closed it, so I couldn't shower properly. But the staff were really friendly.
