Excellent location in downtown, minutes walk from subway stations, 30 minutes metro ride to the airport. Friendly and efficient front desk. Basic breakfast. AC temperature inconsistent throughout the night.
Plenty of restaurants around hotel. Can walk to Stanley Park, Chinatown, Grandville island within 30 minutes.

The hotel is very outdated and in urgent need of renovation. Our room had a rainwater leak and an unpleasant odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor and far below expectations. We specifically booked a room with two beds but were given one, which was very inconvenient. The only positive aspects were the friendly staff and the excellent location.

Hotel’s location is the best. Short walking distance to any landmark in downtown and near the Burrad station. Breakfast is super basic just selection of breads, juices, tea, coffee, and yogurt. No hot dish or any meats. There is only a DIY waffle maker. Room is clean and same as in the photo and has coffee maker and refrigerator.

Location is near Canada Place which is great if you've got cruise or meet up at that location. Overall good experience.
