We book this hotel include breakfast, in front dest, the lady said, you have breakfast include, but have to use in room delivery service.
Then we did order, but when I check email, they charge us full price!

The staff were very patient and helpful. The manager let us to check in early in the morning when our flight arrived, which was appreciated.
The location is excellent and the room was spacious and cozy. It had a nice lake view. The included in-room breakfast had a variety of tasty options.
The Lobby floor restaurant ‘Honey Salt’ had high quality food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed dining there.
Overall, this was a great hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms and location were very comfortable. Both the in-room breakfast and restaurant options were excellent values. I would highly recommend staying here.

A relatively new hotel in Downtown Vancouver. The front desk upgraded me to an executive room and gave me a cake and chocolate executive gift when they found out it was my birthday! Very nice JW Marriott Hotel! Worth staying
