We book this hotel include breakfast, in front dest, the lady said, you have breakfast include, but have to use in room delivery service.
Then we did order, but when I check email, they charge us full price!

The staff were very patient and helpful. The manager let us to check in early in the morning when our flight arrived, which was appreciated.
The location is excellent and the room was spacious and cozy. It had a nice lake view. The included in-room breakfast had a variety of tasty options.
The Lobby floor restaurant ‘Honey Salt’ had high quality food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed dining there.
Overall, this was a great hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms and location were very comfortable. Both the in-room breakfast and restaurant options were excellent values. I would highly recommend staying here.

The facilities in room 1128 are poorly maintained. The shower bracket is broken and cannot be used. The most terrible thing is that the chair is broken. I fell and it couldn't be restored for several days. I hope it can be repaired as soon as possible and won't hurt people again.
The location is good, not far from the city center, and the food in the restaurant is also good.

A relatively new hotel in Downtown Vancouver. The front desk upgraded me to an executive room and gave me a cake and chocolate executive gift when they found out it was my birthday! Very nice JW Marriott Hotel! Worth staying
