Great hotel and location, 2 blocks back from the Canada Place Cruise Port.
Great food onsite and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Rooms are very clean and tidy.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Azur Hotel in Vancouver. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean with what seemed like brand-new furniture, creating a very comfortable setting. The service was superb, with staff promptly fulfilling requests for extra blankets, pillows, and other amenities without any pressure. What stood out most was the friendliness and readiness of the staff, always eager to assist, making our experience truly memorable.

Tim Hortons is located right next to the hotel. The location was good as it was a 7-minute walk to downtown. I arrived early and was able to check in early.

This property is beautiful and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and the area is exceptional for public transportation and accessibility to downtown Vancouver. If you are driving there is NO street parking so you must rely on vallet.

Customer service is top notch. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are very modern and elegant. The area can be loud, but very quiet inside. It is safe to venture out and definitely there is a good nightlife.

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms in a wonderful neighborhood. We traveled from Seattle for a girls’ weekend. AZUR was the perfect destination for our weekend away. And we could just as easily stay for business.

Nice new hotel. Got a large suite for a great price, probably because it is still new. Staff seemed a little immature at the check in. Staff frequently standing around kind of gossiping to each other, but would be helpful if asked. Bar had great cocktails. The main negative is Our rooms were surprisingly never cleaned for the two nights we stayed, despite checking the do not disturb sign was off.

After a long day of travel we went to check in to the hotel. We were told our reservation had been cancelled. (A mistake on their end as we had prepaid for the room) it took extra timw to check in which was frustrating. We were given two cocktail vouchers for the lounge because of my gold status. The bartender miscommunjcated with us on what cocktail was included with the voucher and ended up being charged 30$ for one cocktail plus 10$ for a gingerale. Ridiculous and poor service. Bait snd switch. Frustrated with the lack of communication.
