My husband and I were so satisfied with the hotel service and breakfast. Get back to Hanoi for visiting The Grand World Hanoi ( Hung Yen ) from Ninh Binh. After the long journey, I was so tired and I just wanted to find somewhere for rest quickly. But, luckily I found my best hotel. I really recommend the hotel for everyone and I will come back here for sure.

The service is very good, the environment is beautiful and clean. This is my first time in Vietnam. The waiters here can speak Chinese. The breakfast is also very rich. The taste is the same as in China. I am very satisfied

The air conditioning in the front lobby is broken, the service staff are lazy and sluggish, and it took dozens of minutes to check in and I was sweating.
