I have spent my holidays in Hotel rural a velha fabrica in Valverde del Fresno for 15 nightts from 28/04/2023 - 13/05/2023 with halfboard service. Everything in the hotel i have enjoyed. The food and the staff was excellent especially Miss Ester who speaks english very well was very helpful, so that i have already made my decision to return to this hotel and have already made a new booking for next year 2024. We booked a suite and the room description included garden furniture, outdoor eating area, dining table. None of this was actually included it was just the room. The hotel blamed *********** but it is the hotel who are responsible for their advertised content. They did nothing to rectify the situation, offered no compensation. The only place could sit outside was in a public area where there was a large children’s party in full swing. Our stay was pretty much ruined by all this. We were extremely disappointed with the management’s lack of interest in addressing their failures.

Fuimos a despedir el año y pasar unos días. Descansamos (cama y almohadas geniales) paseamos por (sitios estupendos) y comimos de 10. Todo fenomenal, gracias al servicio atento del personal. Volvemos con las pilas cargadas. Gracias por su trabajo y hasta otra.

Chegamos com um grupo de amigos no total de 13 quartos, no check-in faltava a reserva de 3 quartos, tivemos que esperar até se regularizar. O quarto era espaçoso e bem decorado, no entanto faltava toalha de banho, a garrafa de loção para o corpo tinha sabonete liquido, não funcionava o wifi nem a tv, o pior foi a simpatia das 2 empregadas que estavam na receção e tambem serviam no bar e à mesa, péssimas na simpatia, arrogantes e sem dar valor ao cliente, faziasse um pedido nem te consideravam e viravam as costas, lamentávelmente foi uma das piores experiências em termos de serviço, no entanto o projeto do hotel é muito bonito a loiça de serviço é muito original, este hotel só peca e perde com estes colaboradores que tem. Não podemos recomendar.

No hay mejor hotel en toda Sierra de Gata. Las instalaciones magníficas, el entorno inmejorable, y lo mejor de todo, el personal y el bizcocho de Esther. Carlos, Esther y el resto del personal no pueden ser más amables. Las habitaciones fantásticas. La comida igualmente magnífica. Absolutamente recomendado para familias, amigos, celebraciones. Mil gracias por todo.

El lugar un sitio perfecto para desconectar en la naturaleza, el trato inmejorable desde que entramos, asta la salida, fuimos con nuestra perrita y nos ayudaron a que ella pasara también una buena estancia. REPETIREMOS SEGURO!!! Mil gracias por vuestra acogida. Posdata: Os recomiendo que cojáis la experiencia de la almazara en esta época y disfrutar de la transformación del aceite

Lugar super tranquilo y agradable, unas vistas preciosas, totalmente recomendable para desconectar de la vida diaria. La comida exquisita, el trato del personal estupendo, la habitación bastante confortable, el colchón bastante grueso y cómodo, para mí las almohadas un poco blandas, pero en general todo bastante bien

Un hotel con mucho encanto emplazado en plena naturaleza de la Sierra de Gata, con un servicio de restaurante para deleite de sibaritas. El personal inmejorable, muy atento y simpático a la vez que familiar. Tenéis que venir a visitarlo, desde aquí podrás recorrer los pueblos con encanto de la sierra y bañarte en las piscinas naturales.
