via a smartbox. terrible experience, worst restaurant ever, no communication from the hotel to explain there were no restaurant. breakfast is more than mediocre we were sent to a terrible restaurant instant of a gastronomic restaurant planned in our box!

I did not have the room with the balcony that i reserved a month and half earlier, balcony essential to my health problems. Not even warned. There is a selection of customers and it is unacceptable. I will not come back

The hotel and the restaurant are an absolute jewel. From the welcoming to the goodbye, everythint was eccellent and very friendly. Absolutely, a great stay!

Disappointed with the service and quality offered by this 4 star hotel. Worth a 3 star. Cold staff and impersonal welcome. Low quality breakfast with very little choice. Small work to be planned in the rooms. Bad smell from the toilets.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ou nous avons été accueilli par une personne charmante et attentionnée. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et semble avoir été refaite récemment. Malheureusement le restaurant était fermé. Dommage cela sera pour la prochaine fois.

partie commune des étages un peu vieillot. Déçue de la suppression du restaurant pour lequel nous n'avons pas été informé lors de la réservation et étonnée que l'on nous fasse payer le parking 15 € par jours. Nous sommes restées 5 jours.

Personnel très souriant et accueillant à l écoute du client. La chambre était spacieuse mais un bon rafraîchissement s impose ! Le petit déjeuner est moyen et ne répond pas à un 4* , manque de qualité…heureusement la dame qui s en occupe est charmante. Piscine très agréable L hôtel est très bien situé et dispose d un parking . Le restaurant était fermé… dommage

Un charmant hôtel ! Un merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel, que se soit au niveau de l’accueil, toujours à notre disposition. La jeune fille au niveau du bar, très agréable avec un sourire chaleureux. J’ai été témoin de son self-control face à des clients agressifs et pas aimable du tout. Elle est restée professionnelle. La chambre propre, le matelas peut être à revoir peu confortable… la piscine très agréable. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Merci à mon compagnon de m’avoir offert ce merveilleux séjour pour mon anniversaire.
