We chose this hotel for its character and its location..
We had chosen a suite room for a couple and two children aged 17 and 14. As described on *********
We found ourselves in a small room of about 16m2 with a double bed and 2 armchair beds!!!
We were very disappointed!! And in addition 2 bath towels and 2 small towels! For 4!
My reservation mentioned 4 people with 4 beds including 2 adults...they told me that we had reserved for 2 which is not true..and that we should have called them..
We had trusted Hôtel.com ... and here it is ..
We really like the hotel but we are very disappointed not to have had our beautiful room..
In addition, it was to please one of our granddaughters for her birthday to have a Royal room!!!
We were placed, in addition, at the back of the Hotel with a view of the trees and the bathroom window overlooked a garden dump with invasive plants flush with the window!!!
Otherwise the staff is charming, the exterior and interior surroundings, except our room, are beautiful and the situation is top..

week-end pluvieux à vals les bains et malgré tout agréable dans l’hôtel des grands bains grâce, entre autre à la gentillesse du personnel : souriant, disponible et professionnel ! Petite chambre très confortable et très propre. Je recommande vraiment !

À LA RECHERCHE DES ETOILES ! Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel soi-disant 3 étoiles ... Nous avons réservé une chambre famille car 3, nous avions une chambre avec une petite fenêtre dans le salon vue sur un mur. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait dans la première. nous sommes redirigées dans deux chambres séparées ... où ne ménage avait dû faire à moitié. voir les photos ci-jointes... je suis encore à la recherche des étoiles. Point positif le déjeuner était bon et hôtel bien placé.
