"The hotel is set in nicely maintained grounds. The reception staff are helpful. The pool area is okay, loungers are uncomfortable. The hotel rooms are very dated, needs an upgrade. We found the breakfast staff very rude and they seemed untrained and rushed.
The spa is absolutely beautiful. Staff are very well trained and the experience is lovely."

"I stayed here because it was close to La Roca Village, but honestly, I don't think you should expect much from the facilities. The location is also a bit out of the way. The room was so cold that I even caught a cold."
